Our Technogym tredmiil touch screen console failed which totally stopped the machine working. Right from when I made contact the customer care & advice given so as to get our tredmill repaired was superb.
After a few days we collected the repaired console & again received lovely customer care from staff.
The console has been fitted & the tredmill is now working like new.
I can highly recommend UK Gym equipment Ltd & am so glad I made contact with them.

bought a scifit hand bike for a fair few quid so was a little nervous about condition and delivery . I needn't have worried . for a used piece of equipment it's in fantastic condition and works without fault .
my item was very well packaged and arrived exactly when stated . from start to finish it was a very easy experience with ALL staff being helpful and polite . cant recommended enough . thanks guys .

Fantastic company and service.

I wanted a new floor fitted in my home gym, but it required some really heavy equipment manoeuvring around the gym whilst the floor was being fitted
I contacted UK Gym Equipment and was not disappointed, they provided a quote for supply and fitting of the flooring and moving the equipment.
The gents that attended on the day were excellent. They were extremely professional, polite and did a fantastic job, nothing was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using then in the future. Massive thanks it looks absolutely amazing.

I bought my first life fitness treadmill from UK Gym equipment in 2014 and after a good amount of use have just replaced it for an updated version. Matt is very pleasant to talk to, very helpful and polite which leaves you feeling reassured that you’re dealing with a professional company. The updated treadmill is amazing as you’d expect from life fitness, installation was a non event really in respect that it went smoothly with no issues. The delivery guys and installers were meticulous in taking out and installing clearly heavy duty equipment both from ground floor and upstairs without any damage to walls, doors or woodwork which is a bonus as there were some seriously tricky manoeuvres. I can’t thank all involved enough and when I need another treadmill or any equipment in fact I will definitely be back to UK gym equipment

Purchased a refurbished treadmill in September 2019 and it's been great, my husband and I use it everyday, very happy! Recently used UK Gym again to move the treadmill to our new house, great service and the guys were really friendly. Easy company to deal with.

Bought a treadmill 2 years ago, already malfunctions... proportionally it wasn't worth it.

Response to below: how is trade price any kind of gesture...? And, you said it yourself, how is a mere 3 months worth that price... literally less than a month for every hundred.

Very friendly and Solution-Oriented stuff. Although there were some issues with shipping and customs (Which I will not go into details about as it was not the fault of UK Gym Equipment but the local postal service). However, the contact I had at UK Gym Equipment was quick to get back to me, answer any questions I had and provided me with all the information I needed to move forward. They were very helpful, and I would highly recommend their store. Good section of items (They stocked an item I had been searching for), fast replies and good customer service.

The end-to-end service from UK Gym Equipment is fantastic! I've now dealt with the team on a couple of occasions (for a Gym relocation & trade). On both occasions the team have been great from the outset enquiry right through to the delivery team on the day doing a great and efficient job!

As the title of the message says this firm has been absolutely fantastic with the service from Matt in sales and Ray and Michael in the Service Dept and the delivery team they have all been exceptional. Nothing has been any trouble for them and I unreservedly recommend them. Having bought a bike from them to paraphrase Victor Kiam...the product and service were that good.....I am now after a rowing machine!

I purchased a refurbished cross trainer and exercise bike 6 months ago and the after care service has been fantastic. The guys worked really hard to organise the equipment initially for me and then I had a small problem with the bike and they have bent over backwards to look after me. I have bought more equipment of them since my initial purchase due to the level of trust I have in their service department. Thanks again for all your assistance
