Very helpful customer service
The filter was incorrectly linked to my fridge, so when it arrived, it didnt fit. One short call to customer services and the issue was resolved and i received my item a few days later and had assurances the website would be changed so that other customers wouldnt have the same problem.

Good quick service

I have checked you customer record and as advised by my colleague, the cartridge you have received is designed to fit all Samsung fridges however, a small number of Samsung fridges require the cartridge with the wavy edged keyway. If you would like I can arrange for a freepost label to be sent to you to return what you have there for a cartridge with a different keyway.
