If I could give one star, I could. I had placed order on March 8th for Taylor Tomlinson Prodigal Daughter Black Leather Coat for my Bday on 3/26. Even though it says free shipping ( didn't show shipping charge at the moment), they charged $30 for "remote shipping" for Seattle. Never received any follow ups on emails. Realized it was past my bday, when I checked on their order status ( again never received email from this company), it shows completed. Didn't received anything at all. I emailed them. Never heard back at all.

I would like my money back and would be disputing with my bank.

Only gets one star because I can't give none! Ordered a women's XS sweatshirt - delivered three weeks later, in a men's size with 25" long sleeves and a 23" bust! Tatty quality, a cheap knockoff posted direct from Pakistan.
Tried to make me return it at my own expense to the USA from UK, or they wouldn't refund me. Just don't risk it - they are not a real company, they're just middlemen for cheap knockoffs from overseas. I wish I'd checked Trustpilot first!

I ordered a blouse that was advertised to have button cuffs. Not only did the cuffs not have any buttons, they weren't cut and constructed properly. Additionally, the sizing was completely off. I asked for a pre-paid shipping label and a full refund. They tried offering me a small refund to keep or "give away". The piece is not wearable. They finally gave in and refunded the sale price but I had to pay for shipping to a US address. The company advertises itself as being a US based company. Lies! The shipment came from Pakistan and I just received an invoice from FEDEX for $14.70 for import fees!!!!

Is typical overseas garbage. But the results are pretty funny. I mean, if you only spent $20. Don’t spend anything here though.

The jackets are decent, but the delivery took longer than expected. Overall okay, but could be improved.

Customer service was excellent from beginning to end of order, and the jacket I received was smooth, warm, and stylish for me.

I ordered a jacket on January 30th. Today is March 1 and I still don’t have the jacket. Customer service is very poor and there is little to no communication. Save your money and order elsewhere.

I'm very happy with the vest. Having worked in the military supply system I must say there were often differences in colors and improvements in items due to different contracts. With that, the straps are of a lighter color than those in the pictures but, they look good. The vest does look like a flak vest but is super lightweight making it great for wearing in Texas. The communication badge is made up of lines of stitching with three small buttons. That's a reasonable way to represent it but I will use a resin com-badge to fill in the space. I believe the yellow film on the right shoulder can be weathered a bit more if someone wants to. The pockets are serviceable however the left one is not as baggy as it looks in the pictures but it works fine for me. I like the pouch the vest came in, a nice touch. I had become a little concerned when I received the completed message not knowing it had been shipped. Then it showed up at the door. Overall it's all the way round great.

I ordered what I thought would be a lovely loose yellow shirt in a type of voile, size medium.
What I got was an ugly synthetic thick shirt with stiff color and size XS. It was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE.
When I asked to return it I was told I was in the wrong - the shirt was US medium (!!!) and I needed to send a picture of myself in the shirt if I wanted them to review whether I could return the shirt.

I had paid import tax as well as the price of the shirt, so threw anway a lot of money and was treated so shabbily. They couldn’t have cared less. I would not recommend this company. Their pictures are fraudulent and their customer service is very poor

The company sent my product via DHL. Who delivered it to the wrong address in the wrong town. I have been in touch with Ujackets regularly regarding this matter. They absolutely refuse to refund me or send another blazer. BEWARE and do not trust them

This company refused to return/exchange a jacket for a bad fit. After making me jump through hoops (send pics, receipts, order confirmation, etc), they informed me that they have a no return policy.

This company is a scam. BUYER BEWARE. There is no returning or getting your money back. They should be shut down and sued. NEVER buying again, wanted to return because it was too big and they offered $10 out of $98 for new merchandise that came from China or somewhere

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. When the jacket eventually arrived it did not look the same as the advertised jacket, smelt of petrol/oil and was huge.

I contacted the company they offered me either $20 partial refund and a $10 discount for next purchase (hello, there won't be a next purchase!)
OR
they will send another product in your desired size they say free of charge but there is a shipping cost of $80!

This has already cost me $139.

First off it took 15 days to receive this order. I was under the impression this company was in the United States. It came from Pakiston. I ordered a XXL and it is more like a Medium. Not the greatest material, the belt fits way up high on my chest, not at my waist. And it was not cheap. It was $129.00! Plus international tax & Shipping. I would never recommend them!

Terrible customer service and quality of item. I've been trying to return the item and no one is helping me. I am super frustrated and hardly ever put a negative review of anything.

I have just had a bad experience with this company using a USA address and then sending me cheap rubbish from Pakistan. There are very similar complaints over the past three years yet this company still operates. I assume the US legal route is too lengthy and frightfully expensive so we are left with websites like this to air our frustrations.
They must be making a fortune selling product for $150 dollars that only cost 50 cents to make.

Ujackets.com sells poor quality knockoffs at full price and then charges you to return the items. I waited for 25 days to receive a poor quality fake nike sweatshirt which cost almost a hundred dollars. Turns out it was made and shipped from Pakistan (which they don't mention on their website). Their website states easy returns but they are anything but easy. I am paying to ship it back and hoping for a refund, before filling a dispute with my cc company.

The hoodie price was 8999 and then we paid an additional $30 to get it before Christmas
It was guaranteed to be here before Christmas
It ended up showing up after Christmas, and when we opened it up and saw the quality I was appalled. You can clearly tell that this is a fake.
How could anybody charge $90 for such a low quality dupe of a hoodie?
I want a full refund but after reading all the reviews it sounds like that’s never going to happen buyers beware never buy from this site
