So far it's going very well . Thank you so much

Whilst I was searching for the most reasonable insurance company, u drive popped up and I checked what they will provide and guess it was good as well. However I decided to take what the offers to me.

Aifa at UDrive was very helpful and informative. No complaints at all.

Evan was very helpful he talked me through everything I needed to know. I feel he went above and beyond to help me with my car insurance and found me the best deal. A credit to the company. Thankyou again 😊

Amazing and friendly experience, very easy to take out your policy, udrive staff are quick at setting everything up.. they took away all the hassle and stress of being on the phone for ages. They are quick and to the point and don’t try and sell you everything under the sun.. Very happy 😊

Hi, just have been speaking to Jade about van insurance. Jade sorted all questions and requirements out in a friendly n professional manner. I was given clear advise throughout our conversation.
I am now insured for my new van.
I have been a Udrive customer for several years n will continue to be.
Thank you

The price was perfect but response by email to enquiries was slow. Not tried to telephone.

Dislike fact I have now to upload various documents - not mentioned upfront when competitors do not require this action

I really think this company should be closed down. I was quilted700 online. Then told her to ring this number they told me they found someone who could do £1300 absolutely unbelievable keep away from this company. You’ve been warned and the best of it I cancelled it and I’ve took hundred pound off me and I’ve got to wait 30 days for the rest never in my life and I’ve been so ripped off and I think it’s legal. There must be something wrong with people in this world disgrace

The person I spoke with was helpful knowledgeable and very polite. She was a credit to the company. Would recommend you without hesitation. Thank you.

Basically a scam brokee, predatory behavior, their business model relies on people not reading their terms conditions. And they stuff all sorts of fines, penalties etc that are in no way aligned with the market. Like 100£ admin fee, in top of 80£ cancelation fee, ON TOP of 20% premium refuns they keep!l for themselves! And it says 30 days max for refund, and of course they wait until last day to isssue it so you wait a month. I presume they earn interest or crypto or whatnot, these sleazy ppl are capable of anything. And also very rude, unhelpful, and chavy.
