Wow! Just wow! I ordered five motorized UBLOCKOUT shades to cover 6' windows that were letting in way too much light day and night. From start to finish, what a tremendous experience. These shades ABSOLUTELY do as advertised---they block out 100% of the light...period. From start to finish, I had my shades up in under 2 weeks. Perfection...what in this day and age is perfection? UBLOCKOUT is perfection. They are made in America, precision cut and are of the highest quality. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for and you will not be disappointed. You deserve the best. I have installed hundreds of blinds in my career, these are easy to assemble and install. Great video instructions. Absolutely no light coming through once installed. Overall great product. Good job Ublockout!

Might sound weird, but I've always wanted to have a combo of blackout darkness for sleeping, but then being able to wake up to the sun in my face. Automated shades were the only solution I could think of. Love this product so far. No light leakage and best customer service I've ever seen. And has all the automated features I've always wanted. If I want to talk about any downsides, I'd say: 1) Expensive, 2) Setup wasn't the easiest—partly because of how my room was setup and partly because I did it on my own.

I was afraid the sound of the shade opening might wake me up too soon in the morning. It did for the first two nights, but I adjusted and haven't woken up to the sound ever since.

Overall, I'm really happy so far!

We couldn't be any happier with our blinds! Don't trust any of those other guys you see on Instagram! These guys are the real deal. The product is amazing. Great looking, well made and 100% blackout. Their customer service is stellar. We experienced a small issue as a result of shipping (UPS), contacted customer service on a Sunday (yes a Sunday!) and they walked us through fixing the pulley string. It worked like a charm. No issues! I feel like these are the last blinds we'll ever need!

They made the shades perfectly. There is no light leakage at all. The product is made of premium parts and is easy to install. Overall a great product and experience.

Immediately upon opening the box it was obvious that this was a high quality product based on the thick gauge of the aluminum to the heavy blind material and how each part was well marked. I payed extra for the guaranteed fit and the individual I spoke with during the video measuring process was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Aside from quality my greatest concern was installation...would I be able to do a proper install? With the online video instructions I was able to do what I feel was a professional install. I have worked nights for over 25 years as a truck driver and to finally have a blind that will keep my room dark when I need it to be is exciting. The reality is...this could change my life as getting good sleep is crucial to my short and long term health.

I've had trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember. Since getting the UBlockout shades, my sleep has improved so much!

The shades do exactly as advertised. Completely blockout light and they are pretty easy to put together. The quality is pretty impressive as you’ll notice when assembling them. I have both motor and non motor versions and they all work great. I also have all mine hooked up to Alexa so I can voice control them. Would 100% recommend.

We ordered 3 shades. One did not fit at all. Customer service did send new parts but little assistance on how to uninstall the shade we spent quite a bit of time installing. The second one has at least a one inch gap at the top. They told us to use the black filler which does not look good. The third has the remote which continues to fail. Customer service spent an extended amount of time on the phone with me. The guy was awesome, patient but confused as to why this was happening. Nonetheless, we did get it to work.....for 24 hours. It has now been stuck closed. I can not access help on the weekend when I have the extra set of hands to assist.
I am waiting to hear back from them and hope I do as I very much want to be satisfied with this product.

These shades are amazing. 100% block out. Well worth the money.

The custom blackout shades work flawlessly. Closing them during the day leaves our room in complete darkness. Customer service was quick, friendly and answered all of our questions. Their online videos and instructions are easy to follow. We had no issues measuring and installing them on our own. I also love the clean look of the shades. They are easy to dust and clean when needed.

These black out shades are amazing, easy to install, great customer service to walk you through the measuring process. The directions on line with a how to video is fantastic and takes the guess work out of the install. Finally how do they work and look? The look is clean and modern and they work perfect. I will definitely be looking to add more of these in other rooms of my house.

The quality of the products is excellent and they really do what they claim to do. I have been sleeping so much better with a completely blacked out bedroom.

They have also gone out of their way to help me with a couple of small issues I encountered. Tech-support stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes one day to help me resolve a problem. They even sent me a new part that they had created to help with a bow in my window for free.

This shade is perfect. Easy to use, blocks out the light as promised!

I purchased these blinds about 6 months ago because I was working 3rd shift and sleeping during the day was difficult. I was VERY HESITANT to purchase this at first due to the price but I saw that they had a 30 day money back guarantee so I decided to give it a try. All I can say is that they are worth every penny! They block out 100% of the light and it wasn't hard to install. I did have to call them about an issue I had and their customer service is on another level. They were super nice and understanding and most companies now just want your money and could care less about you after they have it. It's like Chick-Fil-A compared to McDonalds and I don't know about you, but I am the type that is willing to pay more money for good customer service! If you are on the fence, don't hesitate, it's a great product backed by a great company!

I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive window shade. But, as an overnight truck driver, getting my sleep during the day is pivotal to my success at work. It's a zoom call with a professional to ensure that your measurements are accurate, as each shade is custom fit for your application. Brand new installation, so not sure of how it will hold up over time, but I am extremely impressed up front.
