Parts were missing and several of the bits I received were damaged. I wasn't concerned about the damaged bits as it didn't affect what I wanted them for.
I contacted U-Buy which said a second delivery of the missing parts was due from FedEx and that they would update me. It never arrived, and they never got back to me.
I chased them, and now they are claiming it arrived, but have only provided evidence of the original delivery. There is no mention of a second parcel, or it being delivered. Also, the FedEx website says only 1 item was sent and delivered. Customer services were nothing but obstructive.

I bought a Nex Playground console from their website on 15th December and paid for express 3-6 day delivery. After purchase, there was no actitivity on acount about my purchase. No sign that there was any chance to ship it over the next few days. When I reached out the agent kept closing the chat before concluding with my inquiry then eventually told me earliest I can get my item is after 6th Jan. I was disappointed. The agent cancelled my purchase even without confirming that I am interested in the cancellation. Now I hope they refund my money. I will update here if they do

I purchased a product dentite tooth armor liquid that supposedly strengthens the enamel and whitens teeth. After using it within about 4 weeks I noticed my teeth discolouring from white to grey which I was very worried and stopped using and contacted the company. They were not interested at all said they couldn’t help me and couldn’t give a refund as the 7 days had expired. I am absolutely appalled at this how they can sell these items take your money then not interested after that.
I would like to warn anyone who is interested in buying from this company DO NOT BUY THIS Product or anything from this company they take your money then not interested. I can’t believe this.

Already items are over 2 weeks late and no idea when they will arrive.

I will not be using this seller again.

Ordered 3 items on the 15th July. Paid for 3-6 "Express" Business days delivery, they then asked me for a further $90 to cover additional shipping costs (due to dimensions and despite the fact the same original price is quoted if I re-order today). First item arrived 30th July, Second Item arrived 31st July, and Third Item arrived 4th August. When you pay for "Express" shipping and then get asked to pay an additional amount for shipping, it should be here within the specified time frame, not 11-14 business days

They steal peoples designs. They stole my best selling design from Amazon and have been selling it as their own. Stealing my money. Awful company!!!!

I bought a legit product through U-Buy. However, they are not authorised dealer for the product and the u-buy warranty is basically 7 days. So, if you buy something from U-Buy you need to be aware of this, after a week if it goes wrong you can't return it.

Yup - it is a scam site. Taken my photos of my products and selling them as their own - even though my images are clearly watermarked. My company name will be dragged through the mud and I can't do a damn thing about it. No response to messages - I have reported them to every copyright infringement place I can find. They are thieves and liars - beware.
