I purchased a Chest Binder from Tynor Australia (Australian Healthcare Supplies) after taking the precaution of making a phonecall to them, and relying on their so-called expert advice on sizing. The product arrived one size too large and was entirely unsuitable. Despite this being entirely their error, they refused to accept a return, citing irrelevant policies and dismissing their responsibility by claiming their advice was merely 'general.'

First, they claimed the product should be used under a physician’s direction—completely unrelated to the fact that they gave me the wrong size. Then, they used a “sanitary/health” excuse to deny the return, even though Australian Consumer Law states that hygiene policies do not override consumer rights when a product is unfit for its intended purpose. Finally, they mentioned a restocking fee—something that does not apply when a refund is legally required.

This company hides behind restrictive policies to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. If you value your rights as a consumer, avoid Tynor Australia (Australian Healthcare Supplies) at all costs—they will not support you if something goes wrong. Before purchasing, I strongly recommend researching other customer reviews, as I have since found many similar complaints regarding sizing and product quality issues.

It is also worth noting that reviews under 4 stars, are impossible to publish. I can only imagine that this is to keep average ratings higher. Also, your review will be taken down if it is casting a particularly negative light on Tynor.

dont buy this company my size is 67cm knee brace but there is xxl 61-67cm guys velcro to small straps not longer enough I have bought 2 types j01 to small black looks great only waste me money also a xxxl 67 to 73 cm way to big its sock grey useless plus paid big money there website do u homework what u buying from companies

I purchased thigh high compression socks ( a size up from my measurements as per their instructions) to allow growth for my pregnancy. The product arrive and I struggled to even get it over my foot then it was digging in and rolling down my leg! And due to “hygiene reasons” they don’t refund or exchange compression wear… even though the fault is of in correct sizing on their behalf. Also there is not option to dispute or complain. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

This Lumbar Support Brace I purchased was specified to fit a waist of 28” - 44” my waist measures 38” and this brace was far too small. I measured the length of the brace and found it to be a bit less than 44” in length …. These are supposed to go around the waist and overlap comfortably and at this point you adjust the tightness…
This universal size would no way accommodate a 38" waist let alone a 44” … Regardless I had to pay for the return of this item ( which I returned very promptly) and in the end it cost a total $76.56 I could have got the same on TYNOR-eBay for $45.05 with FREE POST

One of the best splints for "mallet deformity" . Aka distal extensor tendon sprain/tear. The splint maintains extension of the finger which allows approximation of the ends of the torn tendon and thus healing. Because this splint allows air to the majority of the finger, it does not cause irritation or maceration of the skin. Since it takes 6-8 weeks of wearing a splint constantly in order for the tendon to heal, this is very important. Very comfortable- I have mine on now!
