New Quadzilla CFORCE 550
Picked up my CFORCE 550 today and what a warm welcome when I arrived. 3 hour journey but as soon as I got in the door I was presented with smile and a hot drink. The quad had been turned around and the PDI carried out in less than a day. All the paperwork was ready and a full introduction to my machine filled me with confidence.
Really first class service and really nice people.

I would just like to thank Steve in sales for an easy sale of the Bonneville SE I am more than happy with the bike as it looks better in the flesh than the photos.

We can’t fault the customer service and the friendliness of all of the staff. It’s wrong to single out people from an exceptional bunch of people, but Sarah who was brilliant from first email contact to purchase, and Peter who delivered my new bike in time for Christmas, deserve a special mention.

First Class Experience
I recently bought a Yamaha TDM850 unseen from here and as well as the bike being in exceptional condition the purchasing experience itself was spot on. I was kept fully informed of what was happening with delivery, payment etc and they went the extra mile to source an owners manual for me. I would definitely buy from them again.

Absolutely Brilliant - from walking in to riding out :)
This is a family run firm and from the first call to Sarah, I was made to feel valued as a potential customer.
There advice is excellent, their desire to sell you the right bike and be happy with it as you ride out but also 6 months down the line is obvious. The bike I bought was fully serviced and rides superbly. Having checked, it was a fair price, a quality bike and excellent service history given. Steve gave fabulous advice about the availability of "extras" that would make the bike more suited for me! I felt valued as a customer, it was emphasised that I could ring with any query ( however small) and the after sales experience is as solid as the buying experience.
Simply put - you are in safe hands. I dealt with Sarah, Andy, Pete, Steve and Jessica - and they were all brilliant. I cannot recommend a business more highly.

I've been riding and buying bikes for 34 year. Had a round trip of 240 miles to view a bike. I can honestly say all staff where friendly and helpful from purchase to delivery. My purchased bike was in showroom…
My purchased bike was in showroom condition. It had been handled very well and delivery was prompt and the chap was very knowledgeable. Sarah kept me up to date throughout the whole purchase process and I would without Doubt use these folks again.
My purchase was also a Distance purchase as I am in London and the poor driver took 5hrs due to poor road conditions and he was Great.
