Such horrific instant happened with me and due to 1 one payment delay they send 3rd party services to home and not even thinking of female customer visiting home in evening hours and they entered abused and criticised personally "if u dint have money why u taken vechie"just for 1 month delay they have done everything which is horrible incident .I gave back my vechile and I have stopped the EMI and nor I want my vechile back.people why they are ending thier lives because of HARRASHMENT like his ...tvs credit csnt understand the situation about customer situation and they need EMI and it's right to ask EMI but does who gave right abusive and harras the customer until force to do something with them just for 1 month EMI ???DOES is make sense ?

I taken loan for ac... one of the financiar is talking roud about with in one girl. name is venkatesan (080723 84168), uthukkottai branch .. thiruvallur branch.. he talk with us to tamil... " kasu kattalana vitanda vandhu asinga paduthiduva then he is talking without respectable... first starting need to talk respect. then I can't pay, u talk roud . no problem... starting time just 3 days gone.. he leaving lot of words.. first starting he is not talking sir or madam... the worst training 😪. so kindly i request to warning about that financiar venkatesan uthukkottai branch.. tq

This is Sri from Chennai who is having an existing auto loan with TVS Credit Finance. Though I wasn't well in my health and financial situation, I was not able to pay my last few months of EMI's.

The issue is not about arranging the amount to pay the EMI...however TVS Credit have sent 4 collection agents + a retired police Sub Inspector (Not Genuine) and threatened me and my family members including my wife and 18 years old daughter on January 05th of 2024. 

Rajesh @ 93840-85831 called me around 4:;10 PM on January 5th of 2024 as I have picked the call and confirmed that I am affected by covid from Dec 23rd of 2023 and will feel better after 2 days of speaking. As soon as I hung up the mobile....he came home directly with 4 + folks who were very vulgar in their language.

Started taking photos of my wife and daughter and threatened me to pay immediately or to surrender the car ?

I have the entire video of these rude abusive and life threatening situations happening to me as I want to consider it as a Nightmare.

Whilst I have escalated with the TVS Credit on the same evening...still no one has spoken to me in order to understand what happened ?

I have even tried reaching Kanna the Regional Manager @ 98404-32607...he is not bothered and tells me to pay the EMI or to surrender the car. Once again Kanna the Regional Manager within TVS Credit on call confirms that he will send the same team on the following day for follow up as I have the call recording on this as well.

I have raised an escalation with the TVS credit grievance email address with sufficient proofs but no response as such so far !
On the following day January 6th of 2024, the same TVS Credit team visited my nearby house police station and filed a complaint that I had threatened them and used abusive words towards not paying my EMI admently. Though I am not feeling well with high fever, I have travelled to the police station and met the sub inspector and explained the situation. Seriously speaking, the police understood my issue and asked me to write a formal letter to take this civil dispute to court.

In summary, kindly don't rely upon TVS Credit Finance who has goondas and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Don't ever trust TVS Credit as they behave worse to the core.

Very worst service. Nearly 3months loan closed untill now, not return my NOC and RC book for my car. When I contact regarding this issues, No any proper response from the office staff, executive and manager.

Not Paid for Services Rendered to a Senior Citizen.
I have been providing niche services for TVS Credit since Feb 2018 through a 3rd party.
This project for TVS Credit involved recording voice clips of more than 2000 messages in 6 different languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and English) through a 3rd party. The company never paid me and I have been reaching out to TVS Credit for their support.
For just Rs.1,25,000 TVS Credit Team has not supported me to release payment in place of the vendor since March 2020. I am running from pillar to post.
I have reached out to their CEO, the SPOC who interviewed me for the role before assigning the same. They are such a large organization that they do not deem fit to respond to even one email so far.
I am a 75-year-old senior citizen who is also a Cancer survivor and I take up small assignments to keep myself occupied. I have never experienced an unprofessional situation such as this in my career. I am extremely shocked and unhappy that an organisation of repute would handle a service provider the way they have.
Completely unprofessional set-up and organization for sure.

1 of the worst customer service u people provide I was watching on call for more than 15min u people kept my call on ivr without answering this how u people treat a costumer

I had sufficient funds in the month of October 2020 and you guys had an issue where it was not debited. Later I thought it was debited and you guys have tried to cash on 8th October... There is a charge on my account and have tried contacting but only IVR answers.

This is a Scam and they try to down your cibil so that no other banks issues you loan and you will have to again take loans with them with high Rate of Interest.

I tooked a two wheeler loan from TVS CREDIT service and I have payed all my EMI's on time.

My last EMI was not deducted on time even I had balance in my account and after few days I received a call from one of TVS Credit EMI collection agent.

He said you can pay your EMI hard-cash and you will get your NOC after 15 days and You do not have to pay any late penalty and I did the same as he said.

But almost 7 month has been gone and today I got a call from one of their another agent. He said, You have to pay 450 Rs penalty otherwise you will not get your NOC. When I denial to pay, He started abusive language like M*C* and B*C**.

This is unexpected and very cheap activity from TVS Credit Service and I am not going to pay this amount.

Guys, Please do not take any loan from this agency. Everyone is fraud here.
