For what you pay, the quality is not great at all.
I bought the ladies dungarees and the quality of the material is so bad. Very thin, loses its shape at the knees especially and is already bobbling.

Also, the pockets are absolutely useless.. they're placed in the worst place possible, if you bend down or lift your leg, everything falls out.

Would not recommend.

First time buying here. Was a bit put off by the negative reviews but my order was hassle free. Order despatched very quickly and received within 3 working days. Bought 2x dungarees from the organic collection for myself. Great quality for a great price.

All the clothes I have ever bought from there have been great quality. And thanks to this, my daughter is able to wear TDLND clothes for a very long time (I often have to sneak them out of her wardrobe once they're way too small as she refuses to let go of them). Not only that, but whenever I have contacted their customer service (once because a small default, once because of incorrect product received), they have been really fast and friendly in resolving the issue.

Agree with other reviews that the sizing is a little on the large size. However the customer service is excellent and they are very willing to help and take returns or swap for different sizes.
The quality of the clothing is very good.
Have bought a couple of swim suits for my child which are really nice. And a little skirt. Happy with them and the price.

Sizing is way off, ordered 2x dungarees for my daughter 0-6, only fit untill 3 months the legs where so short, i ordered my best friends 1 year old the size 1-2 and they have fit her for about 2 months and she wasn't actually 1 yet when she started wearing them. Small sizes, when i commented on this on social media my comment got removed.

The items I’ve bought from turtle dove have been absolutely wonderful quality. I expect that they will last not just for baby number 1 but future siblings. The prints are pretty universal so it won’t matter whether we have a girl or boy next.

I can see others had issues with delivery, ours was trouble free.

It's been 7 weeks since my order was placed and still waiting. Was told twice that my order would be re-sent out yet royal mail have never received a parcel from them. Waste of time.

Waited 8 weeks in total to get a refund. At least the refund was quick!

Rubbish, customer service clearly lying about dispatch, item untraceable on Royal Mail. No response now from customer service. AVOID!

At the moment I have to give them 1 star. The website states its delivery time frame is 2-3 working days. Its been over a week now and still no parcel. I have emailed twice to enquire and there has been no response.

UPDATE: I messaged them on Instagram and they got straight back to me and were really helpful.

I placed an order recently which didn’t arrive after 2 weeks, I chased it and was told a bag must have gone missing and they would re-send it. A week later I still haven’t received or heard anything, I emailed and have been told they now don’t know where my second parcel is! Now I can understand perhaps one going missing, but two?! Seems very dodgy, and disorganised to say the least. Now over half of the order is out of stock so I have missed out. To be fair they have refunded me, but I would have preferred to have had the order in the first place as the clothes looked lovely, really disappointed.

Recently bought a few items from this company they are beautiful and great quality. I forgot to use my email discount code so contacted Customer service who sorted it out for me straight away. Great customer service will definately be using them again.

The customer service is terrible and I had items missing in my order. Avoid at all costs unless you want to end up out of pocket.
I ordered a set of dungarees so my child and I could have matching set, the parcel arrived yet the adult dungarees were missing, there was no email note or explanation and the packing slip listed the dungarees as if they had been sent. I had to contact the company myself to query why an item was missing and was told I could have a refund if I returned the part I had received, when I returned the parcel the company, after initially saying they would cover it, then refused to reimburse me the postage I incurred due to their packing error. They offered a discount on my next purchase which I found poor, if they couldn't fulfill my first order why would I want to spend more money and end up potentially in the same position again. They sent some absolute nonsense excuse about money laundering as to why they couldn't reimburse £6.70 postage despite me sending them full proof of postage from the courier, luckily I had made the initial purchase through PayPal who covered the cost, had I paid them directly I'd of lost out for simply choosing this company and their poor customer service.

CS staff need to learn some manners. When a customer makes contact for tracking information sending half a screen shot doesn’t help, and telling them to go contact the courier is not very customer focused. Also accusing the customer of not being in to take the parcel is rather rude. We all know how Hermes are when they “attempt” deliveries.

I haven’t received my items because incorrect shipping details were entered automatically by shop pay and there was no option through the website to immediately cancel the order. I emailed turtledove straight away but did not receive a response until after the items were sent because emails were not being monitored. It’s a bit amateur not to be on top of emails (was 3/4 days before getting a response) and not to have a way of cancelling / amending an order. Wouldn’t recommend or order again appreciate it might be a fairly small business but very unprofessional especially for price of items.

Really speedy delivery of some of the comfiest clothing items I own! Bought a few items in the sale at great prices, will definitely be back to buy more.
