Long-term customer, but now stuck with a broken service and no support
I’ve been a customer since 2013, so it’s pretty disappointing to be writing this.
I recently bought voicemail pro for one of our numbers with TTNC, but something went wrong on their end during setup. The order has just been stuck on “Processing order, please wait” ever since. Because of that, I can’t actually use the number, which is a real problem as we need it up and running urgently.
I flagged it as urgent and chased it a few times over several days. It’s not a complicated issue and clearly needs someone to step in and fix it manually, but nothing has been sorted.
What’s made it even more frustrating is the lack of proper support. There’s no way to speak to a real person. If you call them, you just get a recorded message telling you to use the self service platform. There’s no option for a callback either. Emails seem to be getting read, but no one replies. When you raise a ticket through the help portal, you get a reference number and an acknowledgement, then nothing. And the so called live chat isn’t actually live, it’s just an AI assistant that can’t deal with issues like this.
So when something does go wrong, you’re basically stuck with no way to get help or move things forward.
TTNC used to be really good, both in terms of service and support, which makes this even more disappointing. Based on this experience, things have clearly gone downhill. If your business relies on dependable telecoms and proper support when there’s a problem, I’d honestly suggest looking elsewhere. It’s not something I say lightly after being with them for so long and recommending them to others in the past.

What you’ve described around the Voicemail Pro order being stuck in a “processing” state is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We’re also very concerned to hear about the difficulty you’ve had getting timely support and clear communication while trying to resolve this. That’s understandably disappointing, particularly given your long history with us.
Your comments around support accessibility, response times, and the limitations of automated channels have been noted and taken seriously. When something goes wrong, you should be able to reach someone who can take ownership and move things forward, and we’re sorry this didn’t happen in your case.

In all honesty, Caroline was easy to talk to and understand, she explained everything in a simple and professional manor. I was appropriately guided step by step using my mobile.

Worked with TTNC for over a decade and only recently started using their VoIP services. I must say they really over deliver with this service - it was much easier to setup as expected, and at affectively £6 a user, it's much cheaper than alternatives and works very well. Great company to work with, would highly recommend.

Long Response Times for Time-Sensitive Work
I contacted the company on 9 January by email and followed up on 13 January, eventually logging the job via the portal. Despite multiple chasers and being advised that someone would be in touch, the matter was still unresolved 10 days later. Unfortunately, the delays made it unsuitable for a time-sensitive requirement, and I proceeded with another provider. This is disappointing, as I have previously found their service to be efficient.
