Good delivery of product and packaging useing the cardboard tube it came in to hold my hairbrushes in on my dressing table which is really handy. Went for the pepermint flavour this time instead of the lemon really nice and a good taste

I had to wait a fair time at first for first purchase but when I chased it up, they responded very quickly. I also need to have a 20% discount as I am a new customer, so please rectify that. Otherwise, packaging very good and have yet to try out the tincture. If I am satisfied with the results, I will continue to use TN as they were recommended to me.

Communication has been poor!
Unfortunately, I still haven’t received my order after 2 weeks. I tried using the customer service online chat and was told that someone from the Fulfilment Team would be in touch but several days have passed and nobody has bothered to respond to my query re: shipment. I’m very disappointed with the customer service, which is great shame because the products are very good.

A rare failure for Truth Naturals
In a rather unaccustomed way, Truth naturals were below their usual standards this time. An order that remained without response for 48h, then delay in telling me that there was a stock problem. 8 days to get the ball rolling and only because I kept asking.

Fewer migraines and less pain with my ME/CFS
I have ME/CFS and started out taking 1 drop a day of the 1000mg lemon (I actually prefer the mint, but both work) gradually increasing over a few months until I found my sweet spot at 0.4ml. I now use 50% fewer pain killers (naproxen) and experience only 4 or so migraines a month instead of 8-12. Those reasons alone mean I will continue with Truth Naturals CBD. There may be other benefits but I can only be sure if the above two as being directly linked to the CBD.
I do wish it was available via nhs, I am prescription exempt and it would make a big difference to our budget.
Additionally, the pipette works well, unlike another brand where in summer the oil runs out the pipette before you can get the measurement right and into mouth.
