Great customer service
The delivery through Royal Mail failed and the tracking status never changed. I got in touch and the customer service was excellent, they shipped the item through DPD and I received it same day.
The item is great.

I was very disappointed… The garment…
I was very disappointed… The garment came and there was nothing wrong with it but it was way too big… I requested a return on two occasions and never heard anything back whatsoever. I am now left with a garment and it doesn't fit… The returns system clearly doesn't work… Very disappointed ☹️

Ordered wrong size
Ordered wrong size. Returned next day (confirmed by Royal Mail). Been chasing customer services for either a refund or exchange for 4 weeks now. Wife is upset because it was an anniversary present. What a shame. Sadly I can’t recommend this store.
