After almost a year of job searching, I finally landed a role. I was tempted to just accept the initial offer for fear of losing the deal, but Kadir helped me move past limited thinking by reminding me that negotiation is a normal and expected part of the offer stage. I can respectfully ask for what I want, and the worst they can say is no.

Kadir helped me determine a target salary ask, as well as other considerations like a sign-on bonus that I would never have thought to ask for on my own. In the end, I was able to negotiate a 5% increase on my base salary, and I was happy with the outcome!
