Fast, efficient, polite and effective - Not the words you'd usually associate with an insurance company! Genuinely the best insurance experience I've had.

Literally a bit of a joke really they had it delivered it to the wrong address twice and one of the agents was rude , felt like I was going round in circles and there was no “sorry” or anything for their mistake. I just wish I went with another insurance company

Can't believe how simple claiming was. I was lucky enough have been given the option for free phone insurance via Perkbox as they have an agreement with my employer. I made a claim online, and they made the decision to replace my iPhone X within minutes and delivery next day was a relief.

My case was a little special as my iPhone broke whilst abroad on business (followed by holiday also abroad), so I could not reach the UK to fix my phone. After a simple and clear online process, where I uploaded docs, always knew what to expect as a next step etc, Adam Dexter aka superhero, was assigned to my case. He did his best to help me solve my problem, and do so quickly as I could not place or receive any calls (besides the camera being shattered), so I was in a rush! although ClaimBrain did not approve the extra costs of a new phone I could source locally in Greece, they did quickly order one from amazom and posted on expedited shipment to Athens. I placed the claim on Fri and had the refurbished phone arrive on Wed. not bad considering I was 4 hour flight away! thanks to Adam for genuinely trying to help!

Was a very quick, and easy process, had to provide proof of purchase and device information which was all done on the very simple and easy to use claims website :).
Fast response and a courier came the next day to collect my old device and drop off my new device!

Got my new phone quickly, no complaints.

Very impressed. Received the new phone very quickly. Didn't even need to package the old one- the courier had a box and took care of everything.
Also got an upgrade to a newer model for free.

I wasn't expecting the whole process to be so quick. In 2 days I had a new phone which works perfectly so far. Really pleased with the service and every time I had a question it was answered quickly.

Brilliant service to be quite honest, submit the details onto the web portal - great for doing when you're at work and you don't have time for an extended phone call - and within an hour or so, the approval comes back, with on hand live support every moment of the way. Was very impressed with the speed of response to any queries I had! And my replacement S8+ works perfectly and without any hitches. Highly recommended.

Very fast service.
I cracked my screen on an S9, reported it to the insurance. About 2 hours later my claim was approved, I paid the access and within the hour my replacement phone was despatched for the following day.
