This is our first booking with Tropical Sky. Janet was great, sent various quotes over and we booked Mexico for next year. We love a holiday, so will be booking something else soon. Thanks for great service, really looking forward to going back to Mexico :)

I can only review based on my booking experience at present. This is my first time using Tropical Sky. I am well travelled and have to say that the service I have received has been exemplary particularly from Janet the representative I have been dealing with at Tropical Sky. A very pleasant and well explained experience. I felt that all information was thoroughly checked and I was made aware of all information that was necessary. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Tropical Sky recently arranged our fantastic holiday to Dubai and Mauritius. From the Emirates flights, private transfers, hotels and locations, everything was perfect!

Where shall I start? We booked our "holiday" back in 2019 and ended up being in 2023... Yes, Covid happened in between and our "holiday" was just meant to be our honeymoon. We ended up moving it twice and the team at Tropical Sky has been amazing in accommodating our requests at all times. Finally, we actually decided to get married on our "Holiday" and once again the team helped us and guided us through the process and made it so much less stressful for us.
Big thanks to Karen for helping us with my thousand queries about documents etc and big thanks to Katie for helping us in choosing the perfect location.

I contacted Tropical sky to get some help finding a honeymoon. I had a budget and wanted to go to the carribean. I dealt with a lovely lady called Katarzyna who was extremely patient and any questions I had she was happy to answer and very knowledgeable.It was a lovely experience. Tanya

What a holiday, unbelievable.
We toured Bali, Gili and Lombok. All this was arranged through Brendan P, who was great. Brendan knows exactly what we like, and came up trumps for this trip.

The holiday was meticulously planned downed to the last detail by Brendan. We will be definately booking again through Tropical Sky, as they really are the experts, especially Brendan P.

I forgot to mention in my last review that I just submitted.........to anyone having private transfers with a company used by Tropical sky called - WELCOMEBEDS TRANSFERS IN CUBA ). I must stress this review is not at all a criticism to Tropical sky, because I have no doubt they are not aware of this situation. We were picked up from Havana for a private transfer to varadero hotel and had NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER - Welcomebeds transfer from varadero to Havana airport - driver was courteous/chatty enough but half way through our 2 hour transfer he explained he has to stop for a rest because the law states this ( if he done so many miles...... then proceeded to show us a green flashing light in the glove compartment that is keeping tabs on the driver, very simular to
our lorry drivers taco? He told us to use the toilets, get something to eat and drink because Havana Airport got no where to eat once through customs - military run !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband being insulin dependant needed to eat, we ordered 3 cheese & ham rolls, 2 small cans of beer & a sprite...... we asked how much in English the owner said £25.....you could imagine my words, promptly raised our voice & said NO, in a flash the driver was at our sides & paid in peso but very quickly he took our £20 English, never once said about any change. HENCE .........NO BIG TIP FROM US.....Such a BIG SCAM going on between the driver & the food owner......plenty to eat & drink inside Havana Airport......DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.......

I booked a surprise birthday for my wife it was a lot of planning involving 2 main flights international and 4 domestic flights 7 car transfers and 4 locations. Nairobi 1 night, the Masai mara on safari 3 nights then Stone town 2 nights and Zanzibar Emerald resort 5 nights - Sejal who organised it was EXCEPTIONAL and very very knowledgable on the areas plus advice on the inoculations req and all the visas giving loads of advice we went back & forth for long time before it got finalised. The holiday was a lifetime experience and went perfect - would i recommend them and go back ? 100%

A lovely company, real people who are friendly and know lots about the area you're wanting to visit. Helpful tips on what to do when you get there and what to expect. Sam was especially helpful and she helped make the booking process seamless.

Just returned from the most fantastic Thailand Multi Centre Family holiday. Booking with Tropical Sky was so easy. Hotels, transfers and all communication was excellent. Elephant Hills was an amazing experience. We’ll definitely use Tropical Sky in the future. Thank you

We booked a 2 week trip to St Lucia for our 40th Anniversary which was affected by COVID.. So the trip was transferred to Dec 2021. We had contact with our hotel due to some dietary issues, but 2 weeks before we were due to travel i was taken poorly and could not walk. Upset that we couldn't travel so close to the trip and after paying for the whole holiday, I contacted TS and the phone operative was very helpful and said it would be able to help not to worry..but my travel consultant Gail was very unsymptahetic and said we effectivlely cancelled our holiday and that we would need to claim on our travel Insurance..I was not surprised at Gails attitude as she had been very unhelpful either via her e mail correspondence and her telephone manner left a lot to be desired.. Thankfully I had been in contact with the hotel and they were very sympathetic to my circumstances and they offered to change our trip at no extra cost to the following year 2022..When i explained to Gail that i had been in contact with our hotel and the outcome ,she said that she was very surprised and said that she had never heard of this happening!! I told her i had an Email from them and she asked me to forward it on to her.. It was her attitude which was one of disbelief of my having this done by the hotel.. It was a very stressful time for me and i was very upset at the way i was treated by Gail.. After the relevant info was forwarded on to Gail it took a while and my contacting TS before we had any info on the new trip details..There was a lack of contact from Gail during the whole of the process, it was always myself contacting her.. She told us there was a price increase for the new BA flights which was £400.. In the 12 months from rescheduling to the new balance being due we had NO contact from anyone at TS..Our only contact was an Email asking for the balance of £400..
My whole experience has been one of disbelief at the way Gail and her attitude towards us.. we have widely travelled using many travel agents and have never been treated so poorly..I would not use your company again and spoke to the CEO at our hotel as to the way the booking and ourselves were treated..

I have read your response and I can only say that I disagree that the phone conversations were cordial. I am just pleased that i spoke to the Hotel, East Winds and was able to have rescheduled at no extra cost other than the flights through yourselves!! I know that holidays are not paid for until after the guests return home so our payment will have been still with yourselves regardless of you terms and conditions.. Our holiday was exceptional but only due to the CEO and staff at East winds and not because of your poor customer service..

Tropical skys helped us book our dream destination wedding. They were reliable and always easy to commitment with. All our questions were answered and they assisted and guided us with all the required information along the way.
The hotel they booked us with (Secrets Wild Orchid, Montego Bay) was unbelievable. The whole hoilday was incredible and more than what we could ever imagined.
I will be continuing to recommend Tropical Sky!

I have recently returned from our trip to Canada

I just wanted to say thank you for how you well you organised the trip everything went as planned and we had a great time , all hotels were clean and comfortable and the car was great

From 1st contact through to completion of the holiday I received great assistance and input from Sejal in planning my Kenya Safari and beach holiday. She showed great patience in drafting several itineraries through which we refined the holiday and, the final holiday was amazing. All transfers and local assistance was perfect and the accommodations met if not exceeded my hopes. This is my 2nd time with Tropical Sky/Africa Sky and I will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends/family.

Tropical Sky organised our Honeymoon to Krabi in Thailand, November 2022 and from start to finish they organised everything, excellent staff, and a lot cheaper than using booking.com. Stayed in a five star hotel the Rayavadee and it was AMAZING and half the price it would be to book online. HIGHLY recommend Tropical Sky!!

For the first time, we booked our vacation through a travel agency. Usually, we organize everything ourselves - flights, transfers, hotels, etc. This time, based on recommendations from friends, we decided to go for this option. Of course, I sent an inquiry, and the price quoted for the stay was significantly lower than if I had tried to book it on my own. The flight, transfer, and hotel were perfectly organized. The stay, which was a gift for my wife, turned out to be ideal. The best recommendation is my wife's words: if these weren't the best vacations, they were definitely among the best experiences we've had. Thank you Yvonne.

If you want to book your dream wedding stay clear ! The service was great until they had our money and from then until the wedding the service was beyond dreadful. We believed that this was a small business who would give personal exclusive care but we were very wrong. We were given misinformation, correspondence was appalling and the information about the resort and the availability of the wedding we wanted was incorrect. We wanted a luxurious, private and relaxing wedding which we did not get. The terrible service added stress and upset to what should have been a relaxing, dream wedding. The resort accepted responsibility for it's short comings yet Tropical Sky had no interest and were unwilling to accept any responsibility. Unfortunately for us our memories are tainted and out wedding substandard which is heart breaking after working so long and hard to pay for what we thought would be a once in a lifetime experience.

We booked our honeymoon through TS, paid a €700 deposit, but unfortunately needed to change the dates due to a family matter. They told us we would have to put an additional €700 down even though they already have our initial deposit, and haven't booked anything yet. We asked why and they said "because the dates are different".. "but you haven't booked anything for us yet".. "it's policy". A quick google search and we found much cheaper options than what TS was quoting us, so we declined to pay more money for no service and they unapologetically kept the €700 deposit for doing absolutely nothing. Nice business model.
