Well I about to spend 12k plus with Tropical Sky for a wedding package which I might as well have cut out the middle man and booked direct,all they are interested in is booking the holiday and flights surely a wedding package you should be able to pay for extras such as a photographer which is standard in a wedding package but we are having to spend loads of time trying to do this ourselves direct with the hotel as they are not bothered in the slightest,I am very disappointed with the level of care and service for this company and if was not for the fear of losing a large deposit I would book elsewhere,they don’t book your wedding they book a holiday and you have to do the rest
It has taken weeks to get our emails and queries answered,obviously planning a wedding abroad can be complicated that’s you book with a professional company to take that stress away
Very very disappointed with the care and service and will not use again!!

I contacted Tropical sky and our agent was Katie Guy. We were looking to book a holiday to Mexico. She was so lovely and helpful and gave me great options that included exactly what we were looking for within our budget and we ended up booking a multi centre so we could experience the best of both worlds as we wanted to combine luxury with adventure. This was my first time using Tropical Sky, but it certainly won’t be the last. From first contact to the final details, they were faultless. It was fantastic having a dedicated agent, Leah Quinn, especially since we didn’t know much about the hotels in either destination. Leah created a beautiful holiday for us, and she took the time to call numerous times to make sure everything was clear. We even received a call the day before flying to check that all our paperwork was in order.

It was such a joy to deal with a company that truly goes above and beyond. We booked a Barbados and Grenada trip, and everything ran exactly as detailed and like clockwork. From airport pick-ups to excursions, everything was perfect. The agents in both destinations were amazing, friendly, and organised the best excursions—we managed to fit in even more than we expected.

Having used Tropical Sky since 2015 we have found them to be excellent in all areas, from helping tailor the holiday, to the schedule we want including which hotels we prefer where possible, nothing is too much trouble, even us changing amount of time spent in different locations (we mainly have multi centre holidays with 6/7 different locations) always professional. Holly Reid as been our go to advisor as by now I think she understands where we want to go before we do and always delivers the perfect holiday, just by understanding us as customers, and our last holiday was no different, from Ottawa, Tremblant, Quebec, Tadoussac, Lac l'eau Claire to Montreal, everything was spot on.

A big thank you to Sally and her team who arranged the most amazing holiday for us. Flights and transfers all went with out any hitches plus help with completing the Entry Forms. Even a phone call to make sure we were happy with everything required before departure. I would definitely use them again, first rate service.

After watching a series of ‘Race Across The World’ that finished in Indonesia we did a search for companies that could arrange a multi center holiday to Bali.
We liked the look of a few offered by Tropical Sky but wanted some tweaks - not a problem even when we chose an island that they don’t normally deal with. We had to arrange the accommodation on Gili Air ( Hakuna Matata) then Tropical Sky arranged the hotels in Ubud ( Wapa di Ume) and Nusa Dua (Grand Mirage) along with all the transfers and high speed ferries. Everything went without a problem.

Great prices, very well organised, friendly service, would definitely use again.

Just got back from a 2week stay in Barbados, from the first interaction with this company, quote to late checkout and transfer back to the airport couldn’t have gone any smoother, it was all so easy and stress free, Janine made it easy to understand after all the questions I asked, I will definitely be booking again

This was the first time I had used Tropical Sky, but doubt it will be the last. Wonderful knowledge from Jan Masher regarding our holiday to ischia. Everything was organised perfectly so we had no problems with hotel flights or transfers. All the staff are very helpful and charming

Used to do route 66, with a slight change which was no trouble for them to arrange, only had issue with ref number for 1 hotel and this was easily resolved , would highly recommend
