I wanted a new panasonic microwave had a look on the internet and found tribal uk to be the cheapest. I had never used them before so I was a bit worried about using them. I checked out some reviews about tribal uk which were all good and bought the microwave from them. I selected the date of delivery from a menu and the microwave was delivered on the day I had chosen. No problems no fuss Great !

I have not used product yet so cannot comment on the radio but service to send product was excellent .the DPD service and tracking was second to non I knew just when the delivery man would arrive he was even early .

Ordered my Yamaha stereo from TribalUK on line on Sunday night. On Monday morning I received phone call confirming my order and was advised on date of delivery. Day before delivery day I got text message from DPD couriers and on TribalUK website after logging on to my order page got link to DPD website with details of order number and delivery options in case I wanted to change delivery day/time.On delivery day I could track my delivery man and my order was delivered on time. I would highly recommend TribalUK as very professional company and I bought my stereo for very good price and I'd like to just say: big thank you TribalUK.Well done.

I wanted the top of the range Panasonic blue ray recorder with 1TB HDD, Tribaluk was £40 cheaper than anyone else with free postage which arrived in 4 days.
My only criticism was they did not send me a dispatch email or a delivery date so I had to track it from there web site.

Radio works well

This is a great company, very efficient, they even advise you by email when the exact time your delivery will be, how wonderful not to be hanging around all day.We can do nothing but recommend them.

Very pleased with the service and delivery of my new fridge freezer. It was the best price I could find and was delivered when I wanted it. I was even given a reminder text the day before and on the day a four hour time slot. Old fridge freezer removed and new one unpacked with packaging taken away.

The goods when they arrived were as stated. The carriers were polite and efficient.
goods were due to arrive on the Wednesday but due to an error were not delivered until the Friday, however the company kept me fully informed at all times!
Overall I was most impressed with the price and service and would not hesitate to use the same company again!

the only downfall was our house number was not printed on the label so delivery was delayed but having said that it was soon rectified after aphone call to tribal all in all was just a printing error would buy from them again good value for money
