We booked the Taxi by travelodesk from Kochi to Fort Cochin. The booking and payment went easily. For a half hours drive it was quite expensive. But the communication and service was great.
They shared detailed informations and asked for missing details.
The driver came as soon as possible as we wrote him that we're landed (before the booked pick up time) and shared information about the pick up point and car. The booking and organization went smoothly.

They advertise free cancellation. I cancelled within the free cancellation window, but never got the refund.

I send many follow up emails and they never replied. They replied only in the beginning saying the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days but now it has been months and no reply to any follow ups.

Driver Jagdip was very patient and for me to my destination which was not easy to find based on map apps

This travel agent cheated me regarding a trip. I had clearly told him that the confirmation deadline was 11 p.m., but he didn’t confirm and instead gave the trip to another person. This is a fraudulent company run by a dishonest person. Please do not book trips from this company. He does not return the money, and if you ask for it, he will block you, so guys stay away from him

I needed to get from the airport in Goa to my hotel 24km. It was my first visit to India. It was unfortunately at night so I could not see the surrounding very well.
But the driver was very professional and he got me to my dwelling place swift and safely. There were many bumps on the road but he got out of the way to get me there with less discomfort as possible.
We did talk a little and he was very polite and kind.
I am looking forward to driving again in 2 weeks maybe with the same driver.

The worst experience ever. I can't relativ on the driver showing up. Every single time there is at least one issue.This rime the first driver didn't want to drive me. Told me one hour before pickup time. The second one didn't even communicate and didn't show up. I don't recommend them at all!

Used this company on my family trip to India for a few transfers in Mumbai.

Great communication, drivers and clean vehicles. Before and after arriving in India I was kept updated and the drivers were easy to reach via WhatsApp.
