I was trying to book a flight, I saw on google that TravelDecorum was offering the tickets for $8 cheaper than anywhere else, and I foolishly believed it without googling their reputation first. After I made the booking, they called me to confirm, then asked if there were any middle names on my ID, because their system was saying there weren't. After I corrected this, I was told that the ticket price had suddenly increased by $20, so I checked the airline's website and the price had not changed. I pointed this out, and was told that TD's system had a lot of other "data", hence the price change, but they could give me a $10 "discount" (meaning I still had to pay $10 extra). I agreed (verbally), and they sent me an email to confirm this, but before I could fill out the form, I was told that the price had just increased by $50. I was asked if the flight dates were "flexible", and I said no, the dates and times I booked were the ones I wanted. I refreshed google AND the airline's website, and both said that not only had the price NOT increased $50, but it also had NOT increased by the $20 mentioned earlier - the price had not changed at all! When I pointed this out, and stated the exact price listed on the airline's website, I was put on hold for several minutes while Sid spoke to his supervisor. When he returned, he walked back the $50 claim, and said I only needed to pay $10 more than TD's original listed price. I decided to cut my losses, since the final price would only end up being $2 more than any other website. As frustrating as this was, I understand Sid was just doing his job - although the company he works for is atrociously shady - and I appreciate him speaking to his supervisor when I called out the obvious scam, and trying to help me out. If only TravelDecorum as a company/service was as great as Sid!

Have spoken to one of the agents named Rio Rony, he was very professional and polite person, and provided me the best option for my luggage issue. I rate him and this company 5stars for there services.

Had noticed I hadn’t added any baggage to my flight so I called and spoke with Emily who was very helpful in adding the amount I needed at a good rate, she also reassured me that I was safe travelling with TravelDecorum as I was a little hesitant because I had never come across their company before.

Sale representative Justin is very nice, patient, and helpful.
I tried to book tickets for two persons, but was declined. I called 515-957-2621 for help. Justin answered the phone and found out there was only one ticket left. I was so frustrated. He patiently got to know my needs, explained booking situation, gave me suggestions, and searched flights among flight companies based on my schedule and requirements, and finally found 2 tickets for me.
He delivered professional, highest quality service to his customer. He provided his customer with a fantastic experience.

Rony was amazing! Really helped me get a flight in a tricky situation, was clear at communicating and I'm very happy with the service!

Charles was an excellent help to me today! He was quick, professional and super helpful! He saved my day as I needed to change the dates on my flight. I sent an email this morning and he rung me up and took care of my issue in no time!

The original price of the flight seemed a bit too good to be true, then realised I had to pay a 134 extra for a slight upgrade.

Having said that Alec was very useful in helping with me secure the right upgrade details and baggage options, and the total cost of the flights still remained quite competitive compared to other websites, even with the additional 134.

Overall good experience.

I made a purchase earlier today for £480 and received an email saying this is not confirmation of the booking and they will be in touch in less than 24 hours with a separate email with receipt and e-tickets.
I sent an email and tried to call as this has made me feel unsettled and unsure that this is legit. I have since requested my bank to dispute the transaction to try to reclaim the funds as I have a bad feeling!
