I had an excellent experience with Transparent Labs. Their customer service went above and beyond — they issued me a refund and still allowed me to keep the product. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction this much. I’ll definitely continue supporting them!

TL is fantastic at delivering exceptional products but also providing exceptional customer service. Reilly, one of the staff members at TL, was able to provide me with a solution that I truly did not even think would be possible. I will continue supporting TL as long as they continue to meet and exceed my expectations.

Parcel never delivered. Had to drive 1 hour to collect from depot and pay additional customs £62 customs charge I was not told about at checkout. Will not be using again. I live in the UK

Been using Transparent Labs now for a while now and have loved everything. Been mostly into the pre workouts!

But that’s not why they deserve 5 stars, anyone can make a good pre workout. (Not that their flavors don’t slap, cause they are good af)

But their customer service is where they stand out.

Anytime a shipping delay comes up, it’s fixed instantly with a new order sent out with expedited delivery.

One time I didn’t like a flavor of some muscle builder, honestly was pretty bad… and I was offered a refund credit.

Subscription companies these days just don’t seem to care anymore about their customers. But Transparent Labs is always on top of their game. Thank you for all your help over the years <3

Cant give a review on the products since I have yet to receive, but I can say the customer service experience has been terrible. My order never proceeded past the "label created" stage. The customer service team took three days to respond to my initial request. I was then told that my replacement shipment would ship FedEx Priority. Because of this, I provided the appropriate address for where I will be during that delivery time. Two days later I receive notification that my replacement order was shipped USPS and will not make it to me prior to me leaving.

I really really wanted to like this product - I did a ton of research - but the powder never arrived and I have been emailing the company for weeks now with simply no acknowledgement let alone solving of the issue . It is super frustrating. The customer service is non- existent so buyer beware

I use to think Transparent Labs was this great company. I purchased many products from them… Then I noticed something very interesting…

When you look at their COAs for their products, you will notice that they redact the name of the lab on the COA that tests their products.. Are you kidding me??? How “Transparent” is that ? lol. I’m pretty sure they use Summit Nutritional Laboratories in Utah. Come on guys!!! Do better. Even if you put the name of the lab on the COA, there is no way for the customer to authenticate that COA. Sketchy AF. The customer should be able to verify that COA for the product they are purchasing and be able to see the name of the lab testing your products

The customer service is atrocious!
I had an issue with the payment.
I sent 3 emails, but I didn't receive any answer.

(25th Nov 2025 ) Placed an order on the 6th of November - still haven't received the product and its the 25th of November. ZERO information on the tracking numbers shared. Their "support" link on their website is dead. When finally emailing them to find out they told me to "we're keeping an eye on it" and "delays happen".

Still unresolved. Terrible experience dealing with this company and while they can't fulfill a pending order... they continue to bombard your inbox with promotional emails.

UPDATE (26th Nov 2025)

They have replied here BUT their comment is not true as there is no request email from them in my email inbox for more information (have checked spam too) - they have replied to my review on Trustpilot to appear responsive.

This is further proved by the fact that I emailed their customer service (a follow up email) at almost exactly the same time as posting this initial review.... I only received a reply here (where the complaint is visible to others) and no reply from customer service for my status update request!!

Awesome protein powder. I've been ordering the 4lb grass fed whey on a subscription and so far have loved each flavor I've tried!

Not only is the product clean but their customer support is top notch! Mathew resolved my issue immediately and with no inconvenience to me! This company has great products and customer service to match!

I recently moved and forgot to update my address for a recurring subscription order and Reilly and Amanda were absolutely amazing in trying to help me out, with MY error! I’ve never experienced such great customer service as this before. Not only did they help get my order to my new address, but they responded within a day of my email! Forever a Transparent Labs customer!

Do NOT trust this company's reviews... Which is funny, cause they're called "Transparent..." When you click on their reviews, for say their protein, you'll see that there is "6042" reviews, and they have "4.70" stars. However, when you click to sort their reviews by "Lowest Rating," it doesn't! Lol

Their protein powders are high quality and their customer service is great

Initially I was really put off from ordering because of all the negative reviews about their delivery and customer service, but I decided to bite the bullet and see what happens due to all the positive product reviews. I ordered 2 chocolate whey protein isolate tubs on 22nd Sep and they arrived this morning 7th Oct with no issues. I know other other overseas customers have had issues but I ordered from Australia without problems at all. I also received several emails about the delivery and a tracking number. Now about the actual product- it's AMAZING!! Very smooth and the taste is awesome. No artificial taste and mixes well with water.

Product is fine, however I no longer want to use the product, but they won’t let me cancel my subscription. It still keeps charging every month. No one will respond to my emails, no one answers the phone! I’ve had enough.

The product is good but the service is so poor. I have subscribe to receive certain product every month and this month I have increased orders and it was supposed to be out by sept 20 but still hasn’t arrived and they don’t provide and tracking number to track the order. Also, no response to email and cannot reach them via phone call. Bullshit service.

Today, I had to actually phone your Customer Services Department to take care of a matter that your website had "Hiccuped"/ Malfunctioned, and was not allowing me back into my account, after I had just been on it earlier, and was most incredibly pleased to have spoken with your Matthew, an exceptional personnel who took care of everything I was in question of, along with correcting my order / subscription issues, and added more thoughtfulness by emailing me back with the answer to a question we were both interested in but had to wait until upper management had finished their "meeting of the minds", to get an answer back. Unfortunately, that answer was not what I wanted to hear, which was that you are discontinuing my "all-time" favorite flavor, "Chocolate Coconut" in the protein powder mix. Again, Matthew helped out beyond my expectations and accommodated me with adding extra 2 lb. canisters that should take me out for a year, hoping that you may add it back into your lineup of flavors for the Whey Protein mix.

My husband and I buy all of our protein powder and pre-workout powder from Transparent Labs. We absolutely love the different protein flavors and how they blend so easily. You can tell the protein is a good protein. Since we drink a protein shake every morning, it's nice to have different flavors. We can't go back to protein powder you get from Walmart or Costco since we've discovered these flavors.

I've getting protein from Transparent Labs for around 2 years. I have complete freedom to control the subscription from my end which is great because I'm not forced to keep constantly buying after a specific timeframe, it's based on my needs. Their customer service is amazing and super responsive!

The shipping does take about 7-10 days from my experience in Canada, so when I notice it's running low, I always order a bit early.

Overall, the product is great and I highly recommend it.
