Fraudulent 99 point check! Purchased an ECorsa for my daughter in July 26, The 99 point check list claimed all was good & on going home realised No AC this was in 35 degree heat! No wheel locking nut so couldn't change tyres if needed, no reverse camera, all were signed off by the Tradecentre Wednesbury as working. On immediate contact they said we would have to wait a month for an appointment, I diarised the appt, then a day before the appt I was texted stating we missed the appt. I then tried to book again after arguing that they gave me the original date by phone, another month has passed, still waiting for repairs, They signed off as complete or Working! Do not buy a car from this company. Terrible customer service & long delays!

Purchased a grandland last Saturday. Same day fault on screen and engine light, day 3 car is undriveable. There is no aftercare, you get some idiots who claim to have no direct numbers and say they'll pass it on. I am left with no transport, i have a disability where i rely on my own transport and I'm left without. I cannot buy another car as my money is with trade centre uk. Nobody has taken ownership despite many manager callback being promised. These are an extremely dangerous and fraudulent company and I am in the process of taking to trading standards.

Edt. Trade centre uk have asked for my contact details following this review, which I have happily provided. Surprising as their head office ignore all emails and there is no way of contacting them aside from this or their ridiculous message taking service (who also claim to have no phone numbers)

Mckay was brilliant with choice of car and test drive. Okra was really professional and helpful with administrative work could not say enough about her assistance.
