This should be zero stars. My daughter bought a car at the beginning of July, issues as soon as we left so we got and independent inspection carried out. They found several serious safety issues that should have been picked up on the MOT and safety inspection. She rejected the car under the Short term right to reject un der the Consumer Credit Act 2015 Car is unsafe to drive so she has been waiting for them to collect the car, nobody returns her calls, she has no car and no refund. STAY AWAY - THEY SOLD MY DAUGHTER AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CAR WITH AN OBVIOUS FAKE MOT (told this by the independent mechanic). TAKE THIS DANGEROUS CAR AND REFUND HER NOW!!!! THIS IS MAKING HER SERIOUSLY ILL AND SHE CANNOT GET TO WORK WITHOUT A CAR

All of the staff were extremely and helpful, it was a long process of choosing a car and obtaining finance, waited quite a while for the car to be delivered for collection

So my car broke down, I went to trade center for a new one, I had the car not even 24hours and it showed serious problems with the gearbox! It wouldn’t pull off from a standing start e.g out of a junction, onto an island.. now been without a car for 2 weeks! And no curtesy car available, left me struggling to get places I work where there’s no public transport! Have to get my daughter to nursery before I go to work, so I’m always late to work! I’ve had to chase this company for updates, and wait 24hours for a call back! Still no answers could be provided!
The guy said to me on the phone there second hand cars- implying there was going to be problems with the car they sold me! Now when a car is sold it HAS to be at a satisfactory level! The car which was sold to me was DANGEROUS! First time taking the car in the mechanic said all automatics over rev and lag…. Then the manager or who ever he was confirmed a week later the gear box needed replacing as it was slipping gears etc! This car gave me anxiety everytime I got into it thinking it could break down at any moment, or even cause an accident through not gaining acceleration when pulling out on a roundabout!
I feel so let down and mis led by this company! Please think twice before buying! Still no news on my car, recieved a call back today for an update and the guy had no answers??
The staff just seem to make excuses for everything rather than just selling cars that are of good standard!

Excellent service from The Trade Centre Ltd. I initially thought there was an issue with the steering as the car was pulling to the right, but Jazz, the Regional Workshop Manager, personally took me on a test drive, carefully explained everything and reassured me that the car was fine. Harvi from After Sales has also been incredibly helpful throughout and has gone above and beyond to assist me. Really appreciate the excellent customer service from both of them. Highly recommended!

The staffs made me feel welcomed and ensure I understood everything to avoid miscommunication occurring.

Unethical in every way possible, cowboys in a cheap suit including all parts of the company.
