Such a crazy experience. Sale was on Friday morning 9am 3k off every car. I queued up all night for hours and was the 1st person at the door and got the car I wanted. When it was time to pay for it I was asked so many personal questions on why I was buying the car and where I was getting the money from. I was told I could not use my dad’s bank card to pay for the car but was fine to use cash so I left a deposit and came back a day later. The next day the general manager said to me to show me her 3 months of my bank statements ( which was none of her business ) I had already provided my license and sufficient proof of matching address which was my latest statement. The GM also said “ we don’t usually take this much cash “ which was a lie since she said I could pay the full amount for the car in cash. It’s as if they did not want to sell me this car for some reason. It was only when my dad got really angry with them and said he would be taking this further if I was rejected the car after all this and then they eventually walked away and let me buy it. I spoke to other members of staff along the car buying journey who said the managers purposely don’t sell website cars as it affects managerial profits and the 2 main managers in charge find any excuse not to sell the car. The service I got was beyond terrible both times it was like they were making it out as I was hiding something. No wonder they have so many bad reviews is it really so hard to be a nice person? Monkey see monkey do - the women manager in charge of the site needs to change her ways as she’s a bad influence on the people below her and the staff say she has a power trip during every sale.

Sales rep explained a few things but kept their distance for us to have a look round. Once we had decided what we wanted the sales rep and sales manager were polite, understanding and gave us a good deal. The finance manager seemed unhappy to start with to be dealing with us but my the end was polite. The collections person explained everything to us including that we couldn’t take the car right away which was due to a failed inspection, which it’s good to know they do a good inspection. On the day to pick up my car, I was left a message, I called back within 10 mins put the call handler couldn’t make contact with the collection team but did a call back. That didn’t happen and an hour later, I had to called again. Good deal overall, just slight frustrations.

Best person you got is billy Singh. This guy is a legend. Apart from helping get the car i wanted. It benefits for my disabled kids. He's a great bloke if you ask me he deserves a payrise. If I ever come here again I'll ask for him anytime. No one else. Lovely customer skills told me every single detail about the car. Which I already knew has did a check up myself. N didn't lie about anything. I'd definitely come again as long as he works there

From start we spoke to Liam at the Rotherham branch . Lovely young lad .knew his stuff very polite and helpful . Wasn't pushy and but helped us along our way .then we were sent to another young like all I can say hes jude Bellingham double . Also very helpful friendly and polite . On to collection. We say another young man . Michael I think he was called again helpful friendly polite all were a credit to the company . Everything done smoothly would highly recommend the Rotherham branch .so much better than the Wednesbury branch well I found it was staff wise .thank you to you all

Avoid this company like the plaque a garage full of clowns, sold my daughter a car that wasn’t road worthy then took it back in for repair and still not road worthy, had a independent inspection from Ford and now can’t drive the car due to been not safe and not road worthy so now won’t return the car , financial ombudsman contacted and case now with them , clowns

Cannot fault the people over at the Trade Centres Rotherham store. In May I bought a Citroen C3, and is a nice car for the price I paid. However, when I went to do the oil I noticed cracking on the timing belt, I hadn't been made aware of the timing belt being a wet belt when purchasing the car which would've been good to mention as if I hadn't been told by someone else what a wet belt was id of not known, after calling the aftersales team and sorting an appointment to get it looked at they informed me that it needed changing and also needed the tracking doing, after getting the appointment booked I was informed it would be covered on the one month warranty. The whole experience was a good one and their incredible customer support meant I had the information when I needed it and overall created a good experience for me, I will 100% be using them again.

I got a very good customer service from the staff at Trade centre. Abdullah was very helpful and made the process easy and smooth.
