Steffan friendly welcoming and interactive. He was open and honest with the interactions. hope to see him next time. Ryan and sophie were also helpful. Rabiha she was quite nice, she was truthful and honest, she did most of the paperwork and put me at ease.

The staff at Trade Centre Rochdale have given the best service while I have been purchasing my car with them, I always come back to them as everything is made so simple and easy. I would always recommend.

Overall experience was good, the sales team was helpful in explaining the process and comparing the cars.
But would have been better if the details regarding the car specs were a bit more honest. Also, the pricing was a bit confusing. In the end, we felt we were a bit rushed into making the decision.

My experience with Trade Centre UK Rochdale has been extremely disappointing.

I collected my vehicle and within approximately 48 hours the amber engine management light came on. I contacted the dealership immediately because I had no confidence in its reliability.

When I attempted to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was told I couldn’t reject it until it had been inspected and that I would have to wait. I urgently needed a vehicle to collect my daughter from school, and I was told the only way I could get a courtesy car was by signing paperwork to allow the repairs to go ahead. I felt under significant pressure because I had no realistic alternative at the time.

Since then, communication has been poor. I have had to repeatedly chase for updates, and I have been left feeling ignored while trying to exercise my legal rights. Instead of resolving the matter promptly, the process has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

A vehicle developing a fault within days of collection is simply unacceptable, and the way my concerns have been handled has left me with no confidence in either the vehicle or the customer service.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Trade Centre UK Rochdale.

Bought a few cars from trade centre Rochdale and I must say the most recent purchase was made so simple. Jack greeted me at the door and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. Managed to get a fantastic deal on the car and my PX. Whole process was easy start to finish.

All the staff were really lovely and helpful, however I don't see how you can advertise drive away in an hour, choosing the car was the quickest bit of the day. I was paying cash so there was no finance to arrange. Once I'd paid for the car we waited an hour and a half for everything to be sorted. My daughter was able to sort out my insurance while we waited, and we weren't the only ones waiting. There seemed to be a lot of salesmen but not enough finishers. I am however delighted with the car and the deal I got.

Dragging their feet at every point to action a refund they accepted to give. Causing unnecessary stress to my friend who went through the correct process, giving them a chance to fix their failures of selling a defected vehicle.
