Toys "R" Us Bewertungen 

Just to make people aware that I had ordered from Toys R Us and they use Canpar Express delivery service. This is an extremely unreliable courier service and has poor customer service. I will no longer be ordering items that require delivery from Toys R Us for this reason.

The staff At Toys R Us was very helpful And very nice in helping me find the stuff that I was looking for

I had the best experience in my local location (St Catharines) and couldn't be more pleased. I was greeted by a girl who looked like she loved what she was doing, and directed to what I was looking for so I could get on my way. From the time I walked in until I walked out I was addressed with smiles and it was seamless. This is my experience every time I go (smiling, helpful staff) and it is what keeps me coming back.

Mi hijo se ha quedado sin el regalo de papá Noel, llegaba el 20 de diciembre y a día de hoy 26 nadie me da explicaciones ni donde ni cuando me va a llegar , es una mesa de ping pong , que no lo puedo comprar en cualquier sitio porque es por pedido y no la ha recibido, que vengan y le expliquen al niño xq papá Noel no le trajo su regalo!!
No vuelvo a comprar con ellos

I called the store to ask for a product and the manager, Linda, I believe couldn't be nicer and more helpful! She actually went up to the offices and looked through all the boxes to find the one I was hoping for! She held it for me and I picked it up the next morning. There was an extremely happy child on Christmas with this toy! All the employees in the kitchener location were SUPER friendly and helpful. Thank you sooo very much!

why is it that I add something to the cart and then put in all my delivery info before I learn a product is out of stock. First website I've seen do this. hope my address wasn't sold to a bunch of companies.

Salgo decepcionada y enfadada...tengo la tarjeta cliente y la cajera no me la reconoce...mi opinion es quesi es nueva se le da oportunidad...pero luego una superior dice que si y que para que la voy a pasar que no me vale de nada...me siento engañada y estafada...si no vale para que la ofrecen....creo que todo es un timo

Hice un pedido el 26 de noviembre, a 15 de Diciembre no saben dónde esta, ni me dan ninguna solución, ni en tienda, ni por mail, ni por teléfono...ya que según ellos el juguete es de proveedor.
Conclusión: ni juguete ni dinero.

I ordered two items for next day delivery & they did not appear. I contacted customer services around 5 times that day as Royal Mail tracking down. They replied by saying I had placed my order a day later which I had not, and had confirmation e mails sent for my order saying it had been processed & due delivery etc. The customer
service team despite e mailing so many times during the day did not respond. Will not be using this company again, and will make sure I spread the word. I stayed in the whole day & had paid for express ( next day) delivery.

Compre dos bicicletas para mis hijos en el balck freday, la segunda a mitad de precio pero no me las pude llevar a casa porq no una de ellas no la tenían disponible en tienda, bueno le digo que cuando la traigan ya vengo a por las dos y sin problema, las dejo pagadas para aprovecharme del descuento y todo perfecto, me llaman que ya están más bicicletas por cierto a las 9 y media de la noche (yo flipe) pero bueno no pasa nada y cuando voy a recogerlas después de tenerme como media hora esperando que las traigan del almacén, resulta que una de las bicicletas (la que tuvieron que traer) estaba toda rayada, se lo digo al dependiente y su contestación muy rápida fue vale pues te devuelvo el dinero , le digo perdona no yo lo que quiero es otra bicicleta y me dice que no tienen más, le digo se mirar otro modelo y me sigue diciendo que no tienen más bicis que no hay stock y que si tengo algún problema que hable con la encargada que para eso es la encargada todo esto de muy malas maneras y con muy pocas ganas de empatizar con el problema que a mi me suponía haberme quedado sin regalo de reyes, en fin, me acerco a la encargada que ya debía saberlo y me dice que quieres que haga lo único que puedo hacer es hacerte un 10% de descuento, digo hombre no me voy a llevar un bicicleta al precio que tiene que parece que es de segunda mano, en fin que como veo que no hay otro remedio pues le digo que yasta que me devuelva el dinero, a lo que otro dependiente procede , que más bien me voy a ahorrar de las formas tan altivas que me trato encima de todo.. bueno pues ahora me salta que como compre la bicicleta en Black freday y la otra me salio a la mitad y ya no me iba a llevar dos si no una que tenía que pagar la otra bicicleta completa jajaja vamos alucinante como si yo tuviera la culpa de que la bici estuviera rayada y encima no tuvieran más, como ya me estaba empezando a calentar y viendo el comportamiento de los dependientes y encargada y que no había ninguna solución le dije que me devolviera el dinero completo que no quería ninguna bicicleta a lo que dijo perfecto yo creo que respiro aliviada y hasta luego mari carmen no pienso pisar más toysarus

Today dec. 7 2023, around 5:30pm. Me and my 3 little kids were just testing out the trumpets at back area of the store, there was nobody around and thought we could try it out. "An employee lady with green died hair" came up to us aggressively and yelled at us to stop. My little kids got scared the way she approached us like that. She could've said it a little nicer and calmer not just aggressively yell at us and walk away. Hope this gets some attention. Thankyou

Terrible service, my sister tried to buy my son a gift from the states but since the card was from there the only way was to send a gift card, the transaction didn’t go through, and nobody could explained it why, oh and on top of that the only way you can contact them is by chat and the moment you start complaining even though you try to remain calm they end the chat, so there is no way to talk to someone.

Bought an item online. Order was canceled because they couldnt deliver to my house. Once I inquired, they said I could go pick it up at any store. I laughed at the attempt of an apology that they offered. Saying that they understand, etc. LIES! They take your money, hold it for a week, then give it back to you so that YOU have to go pick up the item. Best part, they "shipped" my item to the wrong store, so I still dont have my item! All I got was "10% off your next purchase" HA HA HA. What a joke! If my business did that, ! would be out of business!

Horrendous experience from start to finish! it's so ridiculous that they keep the gift giver's name a secret and when they send stuff in the mail I have no way of knowing who to thank! Their system and site are extremely wonky and were missing lots of stuff I scanned in-store. And the biggest issue is that they lie about their return policy!!!! They claim I can return gifts but they will not let you do it in-store because "there's no receipt" which they NEVER EVER PROVIDE IN THE PACKAGES THEY SENT!!!!!! Completely unacceptable and disgusting!!!

Never ever get anything from them, very bad after sales customer service and careless manager , who was informed that the oculus would be repaired but waited that the warranty is finished to tell me that it’s not possible as the vendor didn’t accept. He didn’t want to submit that he didn’t do the necessary before warranty was finished and dragged me many time to mirdif city center to try the oculus that was not repaired at all and then to tell me to pick the item as it is….what a respect towards customers ! I hope the higher management would do something…

On november 22 I ordered two switch and go cars to be shipped to Victoria. For Some reason they decided to ship them seperately. One has been delivered and one seems to be still sitting in Calgary at Intelcom for the last 6 days. Only way to speak to someone at toys r us was chat. Totally unhelpful. Gave me the tracking number and told me to wait another few days and check again. I already had these numbers and gave them to ToysRus. Only thing I find on Intelcom is that it is Calgary on nov.23. Nothing new. Toysrus wont even check where my shipment is. They sure took my money fast though.
Will not be ordering with them again.

Toys R Us is a horrible company. They don’t allow you to pick up large items in store, and make extra $ by making you pay a shipping fee (which is upwards of $80). Customer service will not help you.

I did my baby registry here and they also don’t allow you to put large items on it so you can’t get the completion discount they “offer”.

I’d use Amazon - they have the same things and shipping/service is great.
