I had a leak on my central heating boiler. Contacted Tower Heating. A very quick appointment given. When Phil Parkinson, the engineer arrived he was very pleasant and soon found the problem. He explained it needed a new flow valve and would book a return appointment and service the boiler as well. A very efficient service from a local Formby company. Would highly recommend Tower Heating

Excellent. The engineer came as pre booked, knew what he was doing and did it. No hassle.

We required a new hole in the wall gas fire fitting, plus removal of the old gas fire. From the initial enquiry, it was very quick for an engineer to visit, review, and have an estimate sent over.

From confirming the appointment, I was kept updated by text and email. The gas fitters arrived on time, with a text when they were en route.

The fire was fitted successfully, the fitters were very polite,friendly and efficient, and left no debris.

I would highly recommend them.

We were having additional bathrooms added to our home, having used Tower Heating before it was our first port of call.
Greg surveyed our home and provided a simple overview of the different options as well was pricing. We had a combi-boiler and we proceeded to add a water cylinder to ensure we had enough hot water and flow for the additional showers. It was discussed that keeping the utility hot tap on the combi would ensure that the boiler would continue to operate without issue. As with previous experiences, the team did a fantastic job. It must have been difficult and stressful for them given that we had a lot of trades on site and a few hiccups in terms of existing plumbing. It’s the little things that matter, for instance tidying up the mess of piping under the cupboard to replace the stopcock, whereas, i'm sure, others would have replaced like for like and not bothered. There were are couple of unforeseen issues with existing plumbing which meant that the team had to stay late and without complaint, which was hugely appreciated.
My first interaction with Tower Heating was approx 15 years ago when we lived in Hightown and we smelled Gas, the gas board came around and whilst they couldn't detect gas they had to switch supply off as we had stated we could smell it. We were then left on a cold and dark winters night with a small baby and no heating or hot water. We called Tower Heating, having never used you before, an engineer came out and checked, pressure test and re-connected – they waived the charge as they were in the area and was a quick call. It was that act which is why we chose to then use Tower Heating to service our boiler and any subsequent work.

I had to have a new boiler and Tower fitted it for me. Everything went smoothly, they came when they said they would, the workmen were polite and kept all the work clean. They even made all the arrangements for the scaffolding needed (and chivvied to get it taken down again). Office staff are helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I had a terrible boiler installation from another company advertising themselves as 'Experts in Heating & Plumbing'. The work was so substandard I asked Tower Heating to completely redo the entire installation. I'm extremely pleased with the result and Tower Heating could not have been more helpful and responsive. The work is first rate and the guys who did the reinstall are a credit to their organisation. I'm very grateful indeed. Highly recommended.

Put simply they were very professional. Excellent telephone manner, and very accommodating (my wife had to be out the house to pick up kids from school), so it was arranged to be finished by a certain time. Boiler service was quick and efficient. Spot on.

excellent service and attention to detail from survey to installation. Kieran who installed our new boiler listened to my my concerns about our bedroom radiator not getting hot.........he sorted the problem and did a great intallation..........no mess no fuss.........i highly recommend this company
