Contacted them on eBay asking about a specific item and was sent a link to their shop which I ordered I then get an email saying out of stock will be 2 weeks before they can post so wasn't very happy as they could have told me at the time.

The timeline from order date to recipt of the order was 9 working days; from dispatch it was delivered on a next day delivery service. We understand the customers frustration when they did not immediately get the help they needed and hope that this does not put them off from making a future order as this was a one off and should not have happened.

Company ensured replace product dispatched quickly after contacting them direct. I was never left with any misunderstanding or lack of info on the progress of my order. So good that other family members have also shopped with this company after my experience!

We accept that this was a manufacturing error for which we apologise sincerely. We acted quickly to offer a replacement item and promptly collected the order from the customer free of charge. At Towequipe it is company policy we only release the replacement order when we receive the return due to stock and accounting reasons. It’s very annoying to experience a delay and understand when customers do not immediately get the help they need. The timeline from the original order was 14-August 2013 and the replacement was delivered on 23-August 2013 which is 7 working days. We hope to hear from the customer again and would like to thank them for letting us know how they feel.

Cheap and prompt delivery
I can't fault the service of Towequipe.
They are the cheapest for the products they advertise and the delivery is prompt and packaging good on the whole.
I do have a current ongoing issue with a possibly electrical fault on either my vehicle or product purchased. A process of elimination will be carried out ASAP to determine the exact cause.
