Clever Products, Poor Shipping Time
Touch of Ginger carries very clever products, but it took them a long time to get to my house. Granted, it was international shipping, but it took the products over a month to arrive.

Where is my item?
I never received the item I ordered as a Christmas present. It's now May and I receive an email requesting a review! Why would this be, have you finally delivered my item to the address I moved from in February? I never complained at the time because of the bad weather and had forgotten about it until now.

I saw some of your products on sale in Debenhams, and thought I'd visit your website to see what other products you had to offer. They all look brilliant, and the bottle opener I ordered arrived on time, but is perhaps a bit overpriced. Overall though, I was very pleased.

Cool stuff, but too late...
I really like the stuff you sell at Touch of Ginger - however, my purchase before Christmas took ages to come and I had to write to you to check up on it. As such, it was too late for the secret santa present and although I asked you to cancel it, you sent it late anyway. So not best pleased - but would consider shoppping with you again as you sell cool stuff. x

I love this website and the products and I have bought a present in Christmas and all was OK, but I wanted to buy another present and I can't...and I am from spain and I don't understand some things that I had to do to pay! I sent an e-mail and they treat to help me but there wasn't any result and I couldn't buy it...
I will try to do it, because I want it but I don't think if I will have any result.

I purchased one of their London 2012 Bottle Opener's and it is pretty cool - really good design too.
