I ordered a door from this company and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Everyone we came into contact with was absolutely lovely - special shoutout to Christine in the office for being lovely and hilarious! We love our door and we’re so happy with the process we went on to order windows with the company.

So helpful with many ways to improve your home.

The showroom really helped us see the finished product and service throughout the process was excellent from initial enquiry to ordering to the fitting process.
I have used them a number of times now and will do again.

posted a review on here a few months back regarding the state of my house with paint being scraped of the wall and the wooden floor having chunks taken from it by the work mens ladders. after the review a customer service man from total homes ni phoned claiming he had no idea about any of problems and sounded genuinely sorry and asked how they could help repair the damage. after the email i sent i didn't hear from him again. This is 2 months on and i countless emails sent.
DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
the work is like two cowboys came into your home to do. the window frames all have cracks in them and when confronted with this issue i was told well the manage wont change the window just for a crack in the frame. never mind the door leaking water and now my Harringbow floor is being replaced with water damage.
my windows and doors were done in October 2024 and they still aren't fixed!

if you want broken window frames, doors that leak and workers who ruin your walls and floor then yes 100% spend thousands of pounds on this company.
its not total peace of mind at all. its take all your money and run. absolute scam!!
I’ve emailed several times about issues and haven’t had a single response. No follow-up, no communication at all.
It’s unacceptable to ignore customers after taking their money.

The work man who fitted the door and the service

Really unhappy with my windows which were installed last Saturday. Every frame installed has issues/damage and I have contacted Total Home twice this week by phone and also submitted 2 online complaints and I am still waiting on someone getting back to me with how they are going to resolve this! They were one of the dearer quotes I received and decided to use as I had not read any bad reviews but I am completely shocked at the damage and lack of help in resolving this matter! I won’t be recommending this company to anyone!

We had sliding patio doors put in to replace an existing window. Staff were Very friendly and helpful. They have good advice about the products and what would suit us. Bit of a delay in getting them fitted but otherwise they were great. The fitters were so clean and tidy and did a great job. I’m really pleased with it

For anyone looking at getting a garden room installed I highly recommend using this company.

From the moment I met Marcin on site I was confidemt that I had chosen the right company, He was always at the other end of the phone and if I had any questions or concerns he dealt with them promptly.

Marcin and his team were brilliant, always very professional and nothing was ever too much trouble.

I was kept up to date at each stage of the build and it was a total pleasure to deal with them all. It was evident that the entire team take pride in their work and always left the site tidy at the end of each day.

Had a Sunroom built onto the house by THI and we are extremely delighted with it. The planning and installation exceeded our expectations, the workmanship was first class.
The assembly and installation was completed within two weeks.
Special mention to Marcin, ke kept us fully updated during the process, he managed the installation and co-ordinated the numerous tasks from start to finish. He took thr stress out of the build and left two very satisied customers.

Got a garden room from these guys and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. From start to finish they were there every step of the way even being able to contact after hours. They consulted with me every step of the way even suggesting features and cutting the cost by removing things i didn't need. Very friendly and professional with second to none after care. Highly recommended.

New windows fitted throughout the house. The fitters worked non stop and the windows look fabulous. There was constant communication before, during and after the job. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Very efficient firm. Always on time and on top of the job. We have an old house and the replacement sash windows look identical to the old ones though much more robust safe and heat efficient. Installation very smooth. Few minor hiccups which were very quickly dealt with. Would recommend and use again.

Marcin and the THI team have been tremendous when designing and fitting my windows. Always available at the other end of the phone, able to provide frank advice and design effective solutions to issues as they emerge, I've been continually impressed with their professionalism.

Not only that, but their tradesmen are sensible, honest and complete their work to a properly high standard, whilst being a good laugh.

I have no issues recommending THI. The service I received was excellent from beginning to end, and they were more affordable and much more professional to deal with compared to their competitors.

All in all, top notch customer service and sound tradesmen, both of which mean that the quality delivered is on point.

I had my glass conservatory roof replaced with a permanent tiled roof by Total Home NI.
What a great choice of company, from start to finish.
Marcin and staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and the finished job was exceptional.
It was quite a difficult conversion as my conservatory was butted against two walls, and I wanted two velux windows fitted.
The fitters completed the job in 2 days. The quality of their work was amazing and they left the place very tidy.

The following day two plasterers arrived. They masked off all the windows and covered the floor. Again, the standard of their work was incredible and they left the conservatory spotless.
I am so delighted with my new sun room.
