I called Totalglaze back after 11 years because my door was not quite closing properly anymore. They didn't quibble about the guarantee at all, made an appointment to come and look at it, arrived early, were polite, professional and efficient. Fixed the problem with no problems at all. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great service! No pushy sales and very informative and helpful. We had a new front door and two windows replaced, very happy with the results, and the fitting team were very pleasant and respectful, making sure everything was protected in the rooms that they worked in.very happy customer.

I had 5 windows fitted and the whole process was done within a month. I found each element of the process professional and everything was explained thoroughly. I found the staff polite and knowledgeable and even when there was a crack in the glass in one of the windows it was rectified in less than a week. Great company

As a customer, I was expecting a representative from your company to visit once the project was completed, to ensure everything was in order.

Really good service through out the process from measuring up to fitting. Professional approach and friendly and helpful team.

We have used Totalglaze since we moved to the area 15 plus years ago! Never disappointed with the standard of professionalism and quality of workmanship, would highly recommend.

We had 13 windows installed by Totalglaze Windows Ltd, and from the start to finish we found Totalglaze to be very professional.
The window fitters that installed our windows (Danny & Brad) were excellent, very friendly, but at all times very professional, they were always on time and made sure that they cleaned up at the end of the day.
We will definitely use Totalglaze Windows Ltd again, as we have another project to complete.
