We were so impressed with Totalglaze. Malcolm the salesman was just lovely. No nonsense, no hard sell, a real gentleman. We went to the showroom after Malcolm had been to our property and looked at their products and spoke to the manager. We were given a fitting date which was adhered too. The fitter’s were excellent made a fabulous job of our new windows. The price was very competitive, absolutely no complaints.

Very much pleased with the window they installed at home, highly recommend.

Had new windows fitted throughout my property.
From the initial meeting with the sales person each step was hassle free.
Great quality windows, would definitely use them again when needed.

Excellent work really pleased with the end result windows look good

The process was professional and straight forward, from initial contact, to measuring and installing.
The fitters worked in very heavy rain but did an excellent job in a cheerful manner.
My whole property, including windows, doors, conservatory and soffit boards have all been fitted by Totalglaze. The products, workmanship and after sales service have always been excellent. A member of the family recently let go of the conservatory door in a high wind which broke the stopper bar. A fitter came out and replaced the broken parts at no charge even though there was clearly no fault with product.

Fantastic experience from the first sales guy visiting us to the finished door which we love! Made the process really easy, guided us through all the different options and explained everything. Good communication throughout and the survey guy and fitters were super nice and have done a great job. 100% recommend.

I was thinking about having a new front door for a while, Great service on choosing a lovely door. And the fitter was very pleasant. Everyone has commented on my new door. It is now a draught free hall. Great service all together.

fantastic from start to finish, no pressure quotation the price was the price. Surveyor and was on time and very courteous. The installation was quick and very professional, no mess at all, dust sheets where needed. Extremely hard working and highly recommend Totalglaze. Our premises have been totally transformed.

Great experience from start to finish. The second time I have used Totalglaze. Sales team are not pushy, quoted a very competitive price. Kept updated on install date. Fitters friendly and cleared any mess. Covered everything. Had a minor problem with one window. Were quick to rectify in a couple of days with no problem. Would recommend

We had Totalglaze back yet again to put in a new patio door and a small garage window. The two guys who did the work were great and cleared up really well afterwards. Highly recommended.

All round professional service and high quality product. Good value for money.

I have had several trades people at my property over the past few months but the two men how fitted my gutters and soffits were by far the best.Would definitely recommend.

This is the second review I have made, as I received further service from Totalglaze Ltd and can inform that the company is excellent. From start to finish, I have received first class service. Window Technicians, Michael and Michael, visited today and the work they completed was better than I could have ever imagined. They were friendly, professional and are clearly perfectionists at what they do. They went 'over and above' in ensuring my doors and window were looking perfect, thank you so much, Totalglaze

Totalglaze removed old tiled roofed porch which was detaching itself from the house wall then rebuilt and replaced it. Work was carried out to a high standard. Workers were cheerful and friendly. Was very pleased with finished job, was very well built and looks good. Would highly recommend this company
