Not much more to say because it is all I wanted.

Great service at a great price

I have used this company in the past,and have found them to be excellent in the way they deal with my custom,and will use them again.

The whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. So much so that I've forgotten what it was I ordered. Is it my age? Nope don't think so. Everything done well and on time. Nice one!

This is the third year that I have purchased 'Norton 360' or its equivalent from Total Computing. Ordering on their website was straight forward and secure, delivery was quick by Royal Mail, and the product itself was well priced and faultless, as you would expect from a 'Norton' retailer.

Brilliant service and an excellent priced item. I thought by adding a Symantec product to my existing subscription would extend the existing subscription. This is not the case and I lost 56 days of my existing subscription by purchasing from Total Computing. If I had known before adding I would have downloaded at a later date. This is stated on the Symantec website but I only found out after downloading the new product, Security Premium. It also states it is suitable for tablets but it can only be downloaded onto the iPad by changing the setting to iPhone, very misleading statement on the product advertising.

The purchase of Norton Security and Utilities was quick and easy and the pricing was very competitive, especially with free postage. The payment process was quick and despatch of the discs was very fast and arrived within 2 days. From my experience with Total Computing I would recommend this company.

Unfortunately through no fault of your own we encountered a problem loading the security and got involved with a very upsetting "Norton" technician who tried to convince us that our whole system had been infected/ hacked with Trojan1
Perhaps you could put a warning on the package??
