I have to say, I like a good poke in the eye . . . especially with a pointed stick, but the service I receive from my Total Displays account handler, Hannah way surpasses the ecstasy brought upon by the eye poke. She is helpful, dedicated, extremely professional, efficient and a complete clown, which totally works for me. The rapport I have built up with Hannah over the last few months is great. We conduct our business together whilst having a laugh along the way and let's face it, we all need to laugh occasionally.

There are certain suppliers you wouldn’t want to spend a penny with and others you would like to spend a weekend ice fishing with. My experience with Total Displays definitely fits into the frozen lake category and I would recommend the excellent customer experience to anyone . . . even the Eskimos.

The graphics from Total Displays are fantastic, we were recognised immediately and instead of walking by the majority of the visitors came over for a chat. We did more business than any other show we have attended.

I have used Total Displays on various occaisons throughout my Marketing career. Most recently, I ordered a rolla banner stand and the service I received was good. The studio questioned the quality of imagery used to ensure we resulted in a quality exhibition stand and the item arrived on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending TotalDispalys to others.

Spoke to Christine as I was doing something that was not my usual post and therefore talking complete "on the wing!!" she was very helpful, found out the art work & order we had had previously. Completely up front what problems there would be with changing stuff etc that had been done several years before. We had several telecoms and emails going back and forth and things were sorted, ordered, paid for and was delivered exactly the day given on time with no hassles - all within the week how great was that life would be so much easier if everyone worked so well.
