I didnt even want to give 1 star it should be a minus. Bought a dress £26.00 a rag would be a better description was supposed to be linen...it wasnt. Returned I with their label but sent it airmail as shipping would have been out side their returns limit. Many many many months later they were still saying they hadn't received it. Eventually had it returned to me stamped 05.0919 it was posted 19.7..19 the returns sticker even had their destination stamped on it. They had stamped on it overdue return. Will not answer my emails now as their returns system is just a scam, they just say they didnt receive and you dont get your refund. I will never buy from China again. The delivery of this rag took 5 weeks and they expect you to get it to them 2 weeks.
The dress was unbelievably rubbish. Dont go near them.
Just found out I have to return and pay for posting to China. Also, it says :
Please note that customer must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline. Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package
DO NOT USE THEM. Not sure why Paypal accept them as a customer
appalling sizings, poor to non existent packaging and impossible to return
Unfortunately I cannot zero rate this despicable company. I implore everyone not to use them - they are con artists. I ordered 2 dresses from them not even realising they are a Chinese company as they have a .com website. Dresses took weeks to arrive and even though I ordered the same size they are vastly different in relation to the measurements given on their website and terrible quality. When I asked for a refund on several occasions they just list their terms and conditions stating I have to return dresses at my expense and with labels intact. There were no tags attached to clothing or return labels enclosed. They did not even apply the 15% discount for ordering 2 dresses.

The worst company on the planet, waited weeks after paying for items. Products turned up in a terrible condition, I requested a returns address and a refund for the past 3 months. No response. I have paid nearly £200 for items that are such poor quality and not as advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They have taken my money and tricked me!!
I can only endorse what others have said. They advertised free postage, then charged postage. Garments were of the worst quality imaginable - shoddy cheap material with loads of loose threads. I paid £15 to return all 4 items, then they asked for proof of postage, which I sent. Then they said they would only refund for 3 and would refund for the fourth garment which I had already sent and they had signed for. Loads of e mails later and sending proof again they finally refunded the fourth item.
Many of my e mails, they did not even respond to! Do not touch this company - shoddy bordering on the fraudulent in my view!
After waiting almost nine weeks for a top from this company I would gladly have given it no stars if the option existed. What a joke! The notion of customer service is non existent with topsdresses. At one stage I mailed asking to cancel the order and rewuesting a refund but was ignored despite the fact that my order hsd not even been processed at that point. When the garment did arrive it was the worst quality I had ever seen - like the cheapest type of uniform shirt. Disgracefull! Never again, please avoid.
