Excellent service, the nurse was very professional. Everything was spotless. We had the Covid PCR Sean test and everything was done correctly and efficiently. Adolph and Chris were extremely helpful.

Adolph has been very helpful and friendly. Attending the home to give the swab test is a very good idea. I have underlying issues and really did not want to travel to the City to get it done. It did cost abit more but it was done in the comfort of my own home. The nurses who attended on the day was very friendly and made you feel at ease. Continue doing a good job.

Highly recommended service. The nurse that came to our house to take the swab was very professional and so was Adolph on the phone. The test results alongside the fit to fly certificate came back within a day.

Wow I cannot rate this guys high enough. From Adolph who spent his entire evening working out what time would be best to get my fit to fly covid test as Barbados had just changed the regulations after I had booked, and to Nurse Cath who came to my home and made me so relaxed I felt looked after and felt that they genuinely cared more about my well being and my safe travel than the money. Very thankful to them.

So grateful to the clinic and especially nurse Cath (who is a star) for accommodating us be agreeing to make a home visit for the purpose of carrying out PCR tests (fit to fly COVID tests) in advance of flying to Saudi Arabia tomorrow afternoon. As the tests had to be carried out within 48 hours of arrival in the Kingdom Cath agreed to come the house at 7.30am this morning to take the samples for testing in order that we could have the results today. She assured us that we would have the results by 8pm this evening. In fact the results were delivered by email to us before 6pm. I don’t know of any other medical testing facility and, I know quite a few of them, that could have delivered the results so quickly. Especially important as tomorrow is the weekend. We will be using the clinic from now on for our fit to fly tests. So convenient to be able to have them done at home.

I would highly recommend Top Heath Clinic, they were very efficient and gave me a next day appointement. The nurse was excellent she explained everything and made me feel comfortable.The result came in next day faster then they have said initially. Adolph was kind enough to call me to announce he emailed the result to check it. So yes top place! I will use their service again.

My experience with Top Health Clinic was excellent. Chris who organised my booking was very friendly and helpful. My family had PCR tests at home and I was very happy with the service. The nurse was very efficient and professional. She was exceptionally good with my children who are under the age of 10. Highly recommended!

The pre-test booking and administration service was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient and immediately put me at ease. Due to an emergency at the clinic, a nurse was sent to my home to take the PCR swab at no extra cost, and at a time of my choosing. The nurse, was fantastic - prompt, kind, professional and very reassuring, and the test was stress-free. There was no pressure to make payment of the balance in advance, and the payment method was straightforward and secure. Most notably, I requested a 24-hour, fast-track turnaround for the results, and they were sent within 10 hours! I was immediately contacted to check I had received the results and that everything was to my satisfaction. All in all, I received incredible service from beginning to end and would highly recommend Top Health Clinic for its excellent customer service and prompt and reliable results, A huge thank you to all!

Due to unforeseen circumstances from Top Health Clinic's end, our appointment at their clinic was cancelled but instead they offered to send a nurse to our house to conduct test which was done in a professional and timely manner. Result came out in 24hrs and was negative. Will recommend their services to anyone.

I would highly recommend Top Health clinic. They were so professional, kind and patient. Even under difficult circumstances, when their clinic was closed due to a burst pipe, they arranged a nurse to come all the way to my house at no extra expense.

I called to book the appointment For the PCR Test and Adolph was incredibly patient as he took my details. The nurse that conducted the PCR Test was also very kind and gentle during the swabbing. I got my results in ONE DAY! Didn’t end there, Adolph also phoned me to ensure the information was correct to avoid any issues at the airport!

It’s people like this that make travelling during a pandemic a little less stressful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely excellent service. We had to quickly have Covid tests to travel and Cath was an absolute star and went the extra mile to ensure all our documents and tests were done correctly and as quickly as possible and even stayed late for us to pick them all up. Thoroughly recommend.

Kind staff, very accommodating and friendly. Clean and tidy, I had my COVID PCR test and the test was so quick and easy and I got my results earlier than expected just in time for my flight!
