Price quoted was correct apart from a change in postal details. Good communication, got paid within a week, job done! Best price I could find on the web.

Price offered for phone was considerably more than anyone else, process was painless and payment made on date as promised. Only negative was the postage cost which I had to pay of £4.50. However I understand this is due to changes made by Royal Mail,

I was charged £40 by the company to unlock my phone even though this can be done by the network provider for just £20.40, rather excessive. If I wanted to get the phone back I was told I'd have to pay return postage fee's. so reluctantly I accepted the revised offer. I feel I got a very unfair deal for a very good iPhone in almost new condition

Topdollar offered the best price for my phone and the money was paid into my bank quickly. The only downside is having to pay your own postage as this isn't cheap for registered post. The price offered was the price paid, which I understand isn't always the case with other websites.

I contacted TOPDOLLARMOBILE on the Internet for a valuation and a posting pack came two days later . I posted it back and received an email one day later to say they had got the pack . three days later the cash was in my bank. I am very pleased with the service .
