I received the product and it was as described. The pens are great.

Loved the two pens I ordered. Great quality!

It made the hair on my head stand up!

The product was as advertised and was received quite fast.

The products are excellent. The delivery was delayed by more than 2 weeks, missing Christmas for which these pens were intended.

great company to deal with that sells outstanding writing pens that stands out from the crowd.

Perfect for
Me or to gift. 💝

The service has gotten quicker and packaging has improved.

The fountain pens are beautiful and of a very high quality and good value . Love them all

Great selection at great prices, and shipped quick!

Great pens, decent prices and always prompt delivery

Nice pens at very reasonable prices.

The product range is just that bit different, which is appealing for both a treat to yourself, and for buying a gift.

It's not everyday you subscribe to a list that provides access to a wonderful range of fountain pens, but I'm an old calligrapher and love poring through the new offerings, often picking up something different.
I've been on their list for years!
Good onya, Tooshinyforya

I had ONE issue out of, guessing here, ten orders, when the order never arrived. I've had problems with international orders due to the hidden aspect of my address, and I thought, "Oh well."
Eventually I contacted customer service, received a very nice reply, and received a replacement for my purchase just about as fast as international mail allows.

These pens have been very nice. I use them everyday.

1. I have many pens I've purchased from this firm, and pleased with most of them.
2. However, they will not offer a 1.1mm stub nib which is my preference.
3. However, the last pen I bought from them, a very recent one, had a different nib than what I ordered.

Sending good quality items within a reasonable time.
