The best company

This was the only place that I could find all of the items I was looking for. Almost nobody sells the 50 packs - and I'm trying to be more economical than buying smaller 5-10 packs. They are great, the sandpaper wears out before the actual paper does - which says a lot more than most of these cheaper options on Amuhz0n.

Tool was discontinued. Notified months later now asking for a survey months later again. Looks like someone should have known something

I placed a 1600.00 order and was told it was on back order. Waited the prescribed time (a month). Received notice my order was received and waited two more weeks only to be notified my order was on back order and it would be another month via email. I can’t get any response from the seller and now they’ve had my money 6+ weeks and I can’t get ahold of anyone
anyway.

Update! Order placed on April 27, 2023. On Aug 23, 2023 toolOrbit questions the legitimacy of my order. This is months after the order was canceled and the money paid refunded. This is right in line with the level of customer service I have come to expect from toolOrbit. Good thing I keep old emails and can provide the information after months of no help. It’s almost like they purposely waited to ask for it.? My Order #2231937. You don’t need my email you already have it, you emailed me the “paid in full” receipt for the tool you never sent. ToolOrbit is not welcome to contact me.
P.S. How many single tool orders of over $1000.00 have you taken payment for and not fulfilled? Enough that you can’t remember them all.

Buyer Beware! Ordered a rip fence for my table saw 3 weeks ago. No shipment notification. No response to phone calls or emails. The item was only $10, but I was expecting to receive it as stated so I could use it. Will never order from them again. :-(

Terrible service. Got charged twice for the same item. They did reverse the charges on one. Ordered a month ago. No confirmation email or order status. They do not return my emails or phone calls. Stay away!

Tool Orbit advertised that they had a Makita track in stock, free shipping, will receive in 7-10 days. I'm still waiting for the item. A customer service rep answered the phone once and told me that the item ships directly from the manufacturer. I never received an email with the tracking number and they don't answer their phone or email. I finally called Makita directly who patched me into Tool Orbit. It was sent by Fedex Freight, whose website said that I would receive it by June 3rd, now they are delaying it to June 9th. Both Tool Orbit and Fedex stink. Don't use either one.

I ordered a circular saw switch on April 7th, I have e-mailed them 2x and called them 2x, no response either time. It is only $10 but, it is the principal of the matter. Do not order anything from them!! Pass it forward.

I ordered something almost a month ago that was scheduled for delivery on the 15th but still haven’t gotten it, nor have I gotten any information about my package

I highly urge no one to purchase from this company. I placed an order and have been waiting a month for in stock items. I have yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails for them to provide tracking information with no luck. I even went as far as to call them and the gentleman on the phone told me he would email me the tracking info, which he never did. If you need a tool for a particular job please save yourself from the grief of this company. I don't think my tools will ever arrive. Tool orbit is a scam and highly unprofessional. Once they read this review, they will apologize and offer me free shipping on my next order lol. I will never order from them again.

It took over a week to ship my purchase. This is unacceptable and I will not purchase from you again.

I was very surprised that I found the Makita pads let alone that they were half the price of my lumber yard. Lumber yard tried to get me to just buy sander . I am glad I found toolorbit , the price was half of lumber yard and it was delivered in half the time they said. Thanks ToolOrbit

ToolOrbit was great to work with. They were prompt in letting me know that my machine was backordered and kept it on order. They were quick to let me know it had shipped and sent the tracking info. I will definitely recommend them and buy from them again.

I ordered a Templaco Bore Master kit. Tool Orbit contacted me when my credit card was declined. I had already contacted the credit card folks to assure them it was a valid charge. Blake ran the card again while I was on the phone and assured me it would still ship out the same day. It arrived as expected, and works great.
