I was really worried about the whole process but the team at Toollkit made it all so easy. I just followed their step by step instructions which were easy to understand. No jargon! We know have a grea glooming website which I am actually enjoying keeping up to date. Anytime I am unsure I just email and I get clear instructions back. The service is brilliant. Lanara was my main contact and she was so understanding, patient and seemed to really love what she was doing. I can't recommend highly enough.

Not knowing where to start or what to do, from the first call from Ramko, everything was handled and followed through in a professional manner. I think they are fairly priced for the service that they offer and, if I have one criticism, it is that - after completion - I was offered 'sitemap' which would assist my ranking with major search engines and would, typically, reduce the time for me to appear from 6-8 weeks to around 1 week. Who doesn't want that but it would have meant a further £95 + VAT - ouch and no! I feel they would be better to include that in the initial cost so as customers like me go away and find that they are 'up there' within a week.... surely that's what we all want... Other than that, I had great help from very nice people and they got it right for me by listening and understanding what I wanted.

I am not very good with computers so I would highly recommend Toolkit websites as they were nothing but helpful to me. I am so pleased with my website as I think it is eyecatching with a classy edge. Updates were done straight away and correspondance was spot on. All in all a top notch service.

The process of developing my new web site was fast and largely pain-free. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the service was entirely paperless, with everything managed electronically and very efficiently. My only reservation is that it was sometimes almost too quick, and that at some points I wasn't clear exactly what boxes I should be clicking when to move the process on. But any problems were minor, and I'm very pleased with the end result - the new web site is exactly what I want.

I received great service and support from Toolkit Websites which was also very competitive from a cost perspective. Direct contact via e-mail and telephone with a project manager helped to ensure my website captured all the key messages and images that I had specified.
