Purchased a Einhill hedge cutter, 550mm arrive in unpackaged box.On testing very noise effected my tinnitus.
I returned in original packaging and did not receive a refund,on contacting they said to wait 3 to 5 days,
not received.2 x emails later informed box broken on return so No refund if I wanted it back to pay return postage. On receipt they accepted the return with out query to courier,being a pensioner £67.00 Loss is a lot for me. My advice is do not use the online service as return items not refunded,very unhelpful service.

I have been looking for a low cost good quality cordless drill for assembling kitchen units and for tight corners this drill fits the bill completely as it is very light and small.

This is a great Company. I ordered a saw and it arrived really quickly. Communication from Tooled-Up is excellent and they have a great range of products. I will definitely order from them again.

Ordered two items which were shown as 'in stock'. 6 days later I chased the order only to be told "I have spoken with our purchasing team and they have informed me your order has been slightly delayed coming into stock from the manufacturer. ". Items still show as 'in stock' on their site. I shouldn't have to chase to find this out and your website it wrong - not a good first impression!

Purchased an Einhell cordless chainsaw. Very pleased with the item which arrived two days after ordering which was great as I’m in the Scottish Highlands and items can take a while to be delivered.
The item had a 15% discount which made it great value. Unfortunately I clicked straight to PayPal and the opportunity to apply the discount code at checkout was not available.
I emailed customer services and the next day 15% was refunded back to PayPal. Absolutely first class customer service. I would highly recommend and definately buy from them again.

The garden shredder I ordered arrived with a broken wheel but Tooled Up quickly responded when I contacted them and sent a replacement wheel. Much appreciated.

I ordered a garden rake, and paid slightly more for a good make. The bottom of the rake was well wrapped, the pole however was not protected at all. The rake had a 5 inch deep scrape to the top of the handle. Not impressed. Customer services were very efficient with emailed response offering £5 discount, which I accepted. I will not buy from tooled up again sadly, as I would not trust for the item to be delivered in good condition.
