Needing a new charger for my Black and Decker 36v battery it was easy to find on the Tooled-Up website. Ordering was simple and it was delivered promptly.

Great service. Arrived on time.

Do not use this company, their customer service is useless. Trying to return a faulty item within their return window and they’re making it difficult. Trying to get me to go direct to manufacturer which is warranty not returns, and makes threats that if the outcome of some vague testing is that it’s fine then I’ll have to pay to have it returned to me (presumably still broken).

Placed the order mid April based on website appearing to show the item as in stock with despatch within 5 working days. Got an email on the 5th day to say out of stock, now expected end of May! I cancelled the order, needless to say, and got it elsewhere for less.

Ordered two items together. One item shipped and three days after ordering advised that the second item would be delayed for three weeks. A week before delivery is due received an email to advise that the item has been cancelled. Emailed the supplier to request refund of item and delivery charge - email deleted without being read. Ordered from Cromwell and delivered next day!

Very good service, delivery was well within the stated time period and it was good to receive a follow-up email to make sure the parcel had arrived and was in good condition (which it was)

I found it very easy to navigate the site and find what I wanted, the ordering and paying process was simple to follow and speedy. They kept me fully informed during the period before delivery and the goods arrived well packaged and in good order and, bearing in mind the order was placed at the end of a working week, the items arrived on the Monday. I will definitely use them again as everything I have looked at seems very competitively priced

**⭐ Poor Delivery Experience – Misleading Next-Day Promise!**

I placed an order for **drip-feeding Gardena products** after **confirming with customer service** that the items were in stock and could be delivered the **next business day**. To ensure fast delivery, I even paid an extra **£8 for expedited shipping**.

Despite these assurances, my order arrived **a full week later**—completely defeating the purpose. I needed these products **before leaving for my summer home**, and now I’m stuck here without them. This delay caused significant inconvenience, as I relied on Tooled up promise for timely delivery.

**What’s unacceptable:**
- **False next-day delivery assurance** despite taking extra payment.
- **No proactive communication** about delays.
- **Wasted time and money** due to poor logistics.

If you advertise fast shipping, you should **honour it or at least inform customers of delays**. Right now, I’m left frustrated and disappointed.

Was in the market for a tacker/stapler and being a cordless Bosch tool person, had no idea this product existed. A little hesitant at the cost, but after recieving and using it worth every penny.

Works flawlessly, fully incased tacker/stapler loader makes it a pretty looking device. Only downside is that the consistant distance attachment is an extra £10 option, should be included!

Highly recommend, specially if you already own 18v cordless Bosch tools.
