Tried to change order due to mix up in online order. Could not change order even though e mailed right after order placed. Called next morning told could not change order. Would have to return item and place new order. Also would have to pay return shipping fee. They do not have a way to cancel order online if there's a problem. Quite disappointed in the outcome. Especially since this was first purchase. Spent 20 minutes on hold when calling customer service.

I have made two separate purchases. I have returned for exchange a pair of women's capris. The tracking shows they received the return on October 23, 2023. I have had no response from Tommie Copper. I have now been on the phone waiting for more than 45 minutes (and counting), once being disconnected. While waiting, I am reading the horrendous reviews written here about their customer service and their lack of integrity. I will not be supporting them again.
WORST Customer Service
I have been trying to get into contact with these people for the last week. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I have called 4 times and held as long as 44 minutes (I wfh, so I just threw the phone on the table), 30 minutes, 17 minutes, 14 minutes. No answer. I want the refund ($124) for my items that they claim, via email, were received as a return. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau next. This is super frustrating and discouraging. Amazing that they got Chris Meloni to do commercials for them. I would never recommend this company.

I bought a pair of shirts directly from the company's website after receiving a BOGO offer in the email. Then a couple days later they ran another promo which was even cheaper so I re-ordered the shirts in a different color and returned the original ones.
I did not even open the first order because why would I? I already re-ordered what I needed. There was also a knee sleeve in the bag which I also returned (more on this below).
I wrote a detailed note with my return slip explaining what I was returning and the refund amount that was due.
Fast forward a couple weeks, the company refunded me for the knee sleeve but not the shirts. So obviously I called them. That's when the nightmare begins.
After being on hold for 45 minutes, they said they would look into it. A week goes by, no word back.
So I call again. Another 45 minute wait. The agent tells me they have no record of the shirts. Claim they never got them back. Said she would open an inquiry.
Then I get an email telling me they can't find the shirts and suggesting I open a charge dispute with the card issuer! So more hoops for ME to jump through.
So here's a company essentially telling a custimer they're lying about returning one part of an order. Why did I bother to return anything? I could also turn around and say I never received anything in any of the bags THEY sent ME. And ask them to prove they did in fact send me what they claim they did. It is beyond stupid and insulting.
At this point its not about the $44, its the outrage that a company would treat customers this way.
BTW--- their stuff is pretty over-priced, and they play games with offers every week. BOGO this 20% off that blah blah. Gimmicks and games. Not to mention the knee sleeve they sell is flimsy (the material is crap) and you can get other brands -- including several on amazon -- much beter material for half the price these guys charge.
A little bit of research shows that I'm not the only one they've scammed with this "we never received your return" routine. I wish I had read their Better Business Bureau complaints and Trust Pilot reviews before!!

I finally got to talk to someone to get a return label which I tried to get through the website but could not get the label. I ordered the pillow and was not aware it was a final sale. I was hoping you can help me out with the refund of the pillow or the refund on the return label. A glitch in the online purchasing process last night prevented me from ordering a BOGO that was clearly marked BOGO FREE on their site on 5/14/23. When I could not get the BOGO, I placed an order for the one item that did actually work and had to pay for shipping.
The site was working today and I wanted to order the shirts that did not compute as BOGOs in the shopping cart yesterday. I called the company and was put on hold for 30 minutes.
The CSR insisted that the Women's Pro-Grade Long Sleeve Shoulder Support Shirt and the Women's Pro-Grade Short Sleeve Shoulder Support Shirt were not on BOGO yesterday. However, they were clearly marked "BOGO FREE" on the site last night.
I offered to order the support shirts in the BOGO today and asked if they could refund my shipping charge of $7.99 for yesterday's purchase. They refused. $7.99 to save a customer seems like the right business decision to make. I run a business and often will lose money to satisfy a client as a bad reputation can sink a small business. BUT TOMMIE COPPER is a big business and could care less about its customers as shown in all of the bad TRUSTPILOT.COM reviews. Since I have been a long-time customer, I did not worry about the company or look for any reviews for them.
I have been buying from TOMMIE COPPER for years, but will no longer buy ANYTHING from them.
I have never experienced a CSR arguing with me and telling me that I was wrong over and over again.
REFUND RIP OFF
I purchased compression socks that were on sale, buy one get one. The total cost was $71.57. They did not fit then returned them. I was charged $12.50 for a return label. My refund was $31.79. " This is our policy" stated the lady on the phone.

Sizing is not even remotely correct. I got what should have been one size up for my size. It was almost impossible to get on. When I sat down, it was horribly uncomfortable, pinching almost everywhere.

I received 84 emails so far in January. Customer service keeps telling me I am off the mailing list but every month I get another 80 plus emails. Do not buy from this company unless you want 80 plus emails.

I would give them a zero if I could. Do not ever order anything from these people they used USPS for delivery- the package was dumped 1/4 mile from my house at our locked gate but we NEVER saw it. So even with a police report and proof the package was never delivered to our house they refused to issue a refund -poshmark gets 5 stars for refunding the other missing package in two days. This is a lousy company with NO respect for their customers. Steer clear of them!!!!

Update on prior review. Finally, after third contact, they found my return and are processing the refund. As far as their products are concerned. I have always found them to be helpful. I cannot give 5 stars because this refund process should have been more efficient.

I placed an order on 9-30-21 for a Large Shoulder support shirt. When it arrived it was too small and attempted to contact your customer service number on the packing slip on 10-5-21. I was on hold for 25 minutes which exceeded your 5pm closing time so I hung up. Today 10-6-21 I called at 345pm est. and was on hold again for 22 minutes when your line disconnected, I called back again for another 32 minutes when I finally made contact with an agent. I explained to her that I needed the next larger size and was told I needed to return the item for a refund and once the refund and when I got the refund I could order the larger size but would have to call in again to get the 40% discount when I purchased the original shirt. Their website and packing slip BOTH have returns and exchanges, WHY would you require a customer to re-submit an order when an exchange for a larger size was requested that is what custom service does or in this case should do ? I don't get it you advertise that your customers are more a "Following than Costumers" , well after this experience It will take convincing to purchase another Tommie Copper item EVER again
