Great quality meat, always as described

Excellent beef! Ordered 2x 1kg Wagyu centre cut fillets for £100 total (incl first order discount). Arrived well-packed and defrosted remainder in fridge. Made two delicious Wellingtons from them. Tender, tasty and perfect!
Will order again- v easy and good value for what it is. Much cheaper than local butcher and better quality too!

As it was to be my first online order with Tom Hixson I was given a code via my email to enter when ordering for 15% off, plus I was ordering some Argentinian ribeye roll joints which were also on offer which made the price extremely good value. The website was easy to navigate with the delivery calendar, and promised regular updates from the courier DPD, of which I did receive as stated. On delivery the package was well presented and the meat very well insulated in ice wraps. Now to the ribeye joints themselves, I carved several steaks and had 2x joints for roasting, and during carving I was well aware of the potential taste experience to come due to the colour ( dark ), and how well it was marbled , as I have been having Ribeye very regularly for nearly 35 years and up until about the year 2000 it was mostly Argentinian or Brazilian, which was always the most tender and marbled. WOW, we had a steak night that same night and it was AMAZING, so tasty succulent and so easy to cut, we can't wait to try one of the roasts, this is some of the best, if not THE best we have ever had. Will definitely be ordering again from this company, Thank you so much Tom Hixson

I wrote a review on this funny its not showing up?. Yet Tom Hixson contacted me the next day to try to apologise.
They sold me products ie a turkey and beef dripping saying it was halaal but not labeled as such!. After a lot of back and forth the Admission came the Non Halaal beef dripping is actually Halaal too but they deliberately not telling people. They are not transparent. Trading standards issues here! They have lost my trust and fooling Halaal customers and non Halaal customers. On top sold me a lesser quality of meat!!!. Good faith and Trust lost here!. Why this is showing unprompted review do not know why??. Tom Hixsons need to do much better

Good products & excellent customer service

Five stars for your product, beautiful wagyu burgers . However some of the packages had no written information on and you do not state on your website whether these have gluten in them . Some of your items clearly state they are gluten free and some say nothing, this is not a risk I can take for some members of the family . To add insult to injury you did not respond to the email I sent from your website . Disappointed in your customer care .

Ordering was simple and straightforward. The range of produce was fantastic. Delivery was free and fast.

Delivery was just bad. My wife was at home waiting for the delivery. It was left of the doorstep without even a single ring.
The Australian Wagyu MB9 full blood was very disappointing ( tasty but very tough ), even compared to the F1 Ribeye that I regularly get from Meatmeathome. I have bought from you before with a much better outcome.

This is my 4th or so order. Meat is always restaurant quality and delivered in excellent conditions, packed with ice packs to keep it chilled.

Halal bacon was Amazing. We definitely order more
