I recently wrote a review because my order was cancelled without my permission due to me wanting to exchange the size had the original order not been on the way yet. They cancelled the other altogether and I had to wait longer to get my order which at the time made me upset due to me missing muayThai training. Now that time has passed I want to write an update...
The gloves I got where Inferno Intensity training gloves, a mouthguard for $1.19 (I'm sure you've seen the offers) and those title gear freshener balls. The gloves and mouthguard are high quality and so much better than my previous Everlast gloves that were the same price. The mouthguard I was expecting to get what I paid for but I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was just as good as my previous $11 mouthguard! The deodorizer balls suck. Sorry but not sorry. They are literally two plastic balls with two of those packets of little balls u find in new clothes for old people. They don't help at all so I just used the 🆓 air freshener shaped like boxing gloves that I wasn't expecting that came with the order of gloves. So I will say even tho the freshener balls are 🗑️ I still am very happy with my order. I got it at a great price too. The $45 gloves are better than any glove for same price And just Google Title discount codes and save more! I ended up paying a total of under $34 for the gloves! The order got here a day early even though it was Christmas time! Overall great job TITLE BOXING!

I bought a reflex ball and a weld was broken when I open the package, I sent 2 mails and no answer.
Poor service, a shame, I asked the invoice, no answer.
I do not advise.

This place will not cancel your membership properly. They will continue to charge you as this is membership based. They continue to charge you once you cancel or attempt to cancel . Then if they cant charge you they will send a debt collector after you. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Also this place is not BBB accredited. I wonder why?

Excellent service and very responsible. Many years of purchasing products without any issues. I did have one concern recently and without any blowback, they took care of the matter right away. Service is why I keep buying from them. Again, I have bought all sorts of exercise and boxing products from Title Boxing over the years, and I have not been disappointed in product or service.

i ordered a speed bag back in November after several weeks not arrive and not info on shipping date so i contact customer support and alert them that i will be out of town next week so please do not ship for arrival then as no one will be home . of course after i leave town i get notice that it was to be delivered that day
when no one is home. After i got back from being out of town i contacted them again saying i never received it, i was told that they would look into it .After another week or so i again complain and request refund they say they will send me out another bag . When the bag finally was received it was not a speed bag but rather a double end bag which i had no use for . I advised them of this and never got a response.

The worst company to buy any boxing equipment. Cheap, poorly made, ignorant customer service and no loyalty whatsoever. Stay away from the timers and anything electronic, cheap, most don't work upon arrival, highest shipping charges in any industry. Would love to spend my vacation next year visiting their corporate office.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TERRIBLE HORRIBLE NON-EXISTENT customer service. If you even THINK you might have to return something, DO NOT order it!!!! You will be scolded and you will have to pay for everything and even write up your own label - this even if you want to exchange the item. Use another boxing group. Trust me.

Honestly I wish I never committed to a year it’s a waste of time and they won’t let me cancel my membership they charge me every month and I stopped going months ago on top of that all you do is punch a punching bag… for 45 mins I really wish I never stepped foot in there .

Ordered boxing shoes after confirming sizing with Title Boxing sizing chart and Nike's sizing chart. Regardless of both stating I needed a Size 6, shoes were way too small. Not only did they overcharge on shipping at time of purchase ($19.45), they made me pay shipping to return the shoes ($13.50 USPS). Once return was received, they had the audacity to not refund the full amount (and even deducted taxes they erroneously charged on the initial). I am out $34.80 for nothing. They do not have customer service phone support and their return/exchange policy is not clearly stated on their website. Had it been, I would have never ordered from them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Just buy a punching bag and gloves for $200. You will pay 10x that amount for the same thing at title boxing. You don't learn anything related to boxing at all. When you want to cancel your membership everybody tells you something different in order to avoid canceling your membership. I went for 3 months and moved away so the last day I went this guy Matt says I have to pay for 6 months if I want to cancel my membership because it was the contract that I signed. I told him I could not come anymore and he said okay then pay the money and I will cancel it. I did not pay and waited for the six months to be over (which I paid monthly). After that, I went and could not cancel because only the manager can do that. After 2 months of getting in touch with the manager, she said I had to pay two months more to cancel after I had been paying 6 months for nothing. They are terrible people that profit off of others in an unmoral way. They are bad in every sense of the word. If you are looking to actually learn how to box go somewhere else! you have been warned.

Thank God I start to read reviews before order anything. Bad reviews so I m not gonna order thank you every body for saving my money.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. No way to call customer service, it's infuriating! The gloves were garbage and velcro facing the wrong direction but I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN THEM which is bull****. This day and age you can't include a return label and offer free shipping on returns?? I would NEVER buy anything from title boxing again.

Sent me wrong item, said they would send correct once I return item, I did and not a reply back after multiple emails. If they send you a wrong item they’re not going to send you correct item just a refund. Had I known I would have had them come pick up the item themselves liars

I ordered a speed bag set from them. No shipping info came and then they said oh it should be shipped soon. They did something similar around the holidays on a specialty speed bag, but I thought that was just a one time thing. So when contacting them to cancel the order because I have not received it or any shipping info, they were refusing.The rep was also quoting that they have a good rating with the better business bureau. They are not even a member of the better business bureau. Says right under the company on the BBB site. They may rank non members, but the point of the matter is that rating sometimes does not matter on non members because people usually only complain about companies that are members of the bureau which this company is not. So the rating is irrelevant. I stated to them they did not fulfill the order, did not ship within a timeframe and they need to cancel the order. The customer service person was trying to play hardball with me and not being the least bit helpful. It seems that they may not have items in stock and possibly offering excuses to account for serious delays in shipment. So I stated to them that I can dispute the order with my credit card company. They stated you can't do that because you purchased it. The customer service person was trying to play hardball thinking I did not know the consumer laws. What they are unaware of, and several people don't know, is that you absolutely can dispute a credit charge even if you okayed it because of lack of delivery, fulfilling the terms of the purchase or even shady business practices.This company, in my humble opinion, has very questionable business practices. I would not order from them under any circumstances and if you do have an issue, if you paid with a credit card or pay pal which has methods for disputing the purchase, this can protect you from any shady business practices you may encounter.

I ordered multiple items a few days ago. Today I get an alert that sitewide there is an additional discount and free shipping. I get on chat with them to get the discount on my items that have yet to arrive and was explained that its not going to happen...guess what else isn't going to happen... you earning me as a repeat costumer.

I finally got my double end bag, that i ordered on their website, and i found ot something was wrong when i wanted to pump air in it, the bladder was cut up, i told them, and they send 2 new free bladders to me! What a good service, thank you!!

Easy to work with staff, I received my products with ease ordering all the way out to Denmark.

Horrible just received my lightning fast speed bag and it was defective. I returned and cost me $16.00 and they refuse to pay for return shipping. If i wait 2 weeks for a product and it comes defective, i’m sorry I do not want another new defective item, I want my money back. Horrible company will not recommend go buy item off Amazon if u must have at least u can return defective items for no charge!!!

Cancelled my order without notifying me. Have been waiting for my nephew's birthday present for over a month. 0/10 would not recommend.

I've paid just short or 500 pounds for a reflex ball ajd delivery and over a month later it hasn't been sent everytime I go to the site it tells me it's still pending yet they cannot tell me when it will be sent and told me I cannot get a refund when I asked for one i recommend people not to buy from this company
