Very intrested and pushy to take your deposit but will not turn for the fixing nor give you a proper date and when you request for the deposit to be refunded they will totally ignore your calls and messages and put the blame on you for cancellation.

Had to go through a lot to get the arrangements in place. Will never use them even for a tap fitting.

Such a stressful and problematic experience.

Poor communication, changed the date of installation without clarifying whether it was suitable. Try to charge extra for work that has been quoted as included. Quality of materials differs from that in the showroom. Any issues they refuse to accept liability then again try to charge extra to rectify. AVOID

Complete bathroom purchased. Items installed in the wrong place, standard of silicone application poor. Cheap and poor quality items supplied.
After a complaint was advised they would repair and replace but in the end I had to apply a chargeback through my card provider.
Deal with them at your peril.
