I ordered the tiles last week as I coud not get any of the branches we deal with on the phone. I was absolutely amazed that they arrived yesterday. Thank you so much, we can now get on with our tile laying well done to the driver also.

Absolutely disgusting service terrible staff attitude! I purchased some tiles and accessories they were delivered later than promised but this was just the start. I was told to ordered more tiles than I needed due to the batch being the same and I could always return them. When I went to return them I was told they have to go back to the same shop and there would be a 25% restocking fee. The staff attitudes are absolutely terrible and they have no idea what they are doing one lady gave me multiple prices for the same box of tiles. Please avoid this company at all costs!!!

Lovely friendly service. Tiles were ordered, however we were sent the wrong ones. This was quickly corrected and sorted out without complications. Would definitely consider using again for future tile purchases. Tiles were also very reasonable in price.

Absolutely awful after sales experience, quick enough to take your money but god forbid if there’s an issue afterwards heaven help you... as the Bridgend store were not interested. Ordered £1200 of tiles and toilet suite. Delivery came (quite a few weeks later than what we were informed mind to which we had to delay fitter) fitter arrived quite a few weeks afterwards as delivery was late so fitter took other work... on fitter arriving and opening items ceramic sink was cracked, store was immediately informed and because delivery was not checked within 24hrs of delivery, they would offer no replacement unless we purchased a new sink!!! Not once was we informed that delivery needed to be checked within 24hrs... in fact we were informed any issues store would be happy to address any concerns (this was at point of sale ) obviously not !!!

If this is a family run store as it states on their website more shame on them for the poor principals and shocking after sales customer service !!! I work within the public sector and Come into contact with a lot of people on a daily basis within the Bridgend and surrounding area... I know what my topic of conversation is going to be for a long time, nothing like word of mouth for people to sit up and take notice

You have been warned ladies and gents shop here at your peril !!!

What an absolute shambles of a company. Especially aftersales office at Bridgend.Happy to take your money off you then offer no help whatsoever on issues. Substandard products given and no replacement offered or help ..Stay clear of this company !!!
