Traveling to Delhi via Istanbul on…
Traveling to Delhi via Istanbul on Turkish airlines the flight from Birmingham to Istanbul was spacious and the cabin crew very helpful and courteous. Food was ok for breakfast. But onward journey to Delhi was on indigo air . It was like cattle being herded in small truck. Not enough leg room ,seats felt like wooden benches. Refreshment negligible. You had to buy bottle of water. Food served on basis of a coupon with your ticket , of which no one informed you. Even then the food was of very poor standard.

Dear Bahadur,
We are very sorry to read your comments about Indigo Air who you travelled on for your onward journey. Airline service levels and amenities are, of course , always out of our own control though we will certainly pass your feedback onto the airline. For the remainder of the your air travel, it seems you had a positive experience, which we were glad to read.
Tickets to World use Trustpilot to gauge our own company performance levels and we hope that, as the booking agent, we at least met your expectations with the service we provided.
Thank you Bahadur for choosing Tickets to World and we hope that we have the opportunity of assisting you once again in planning a future trip.
Kind regards,
Dave Eck

Having checked all of the websites
Having checked all of the websites, I find that tickets to world are always the most competitive, I have used them many times, and find them to be The best website for prices. What I like most is the fact that once you have paid you get your E ticket within a few hours. Once you have your E ticket and check with Air Line, I always find that my seat is booked. I am flying again in January, and looking for prices for February for four people, and still they have the best price on the website. I totally recommend this company for any future flights.

Be Aware
The tickets are sold without clearly indicating the terms & conditions of tickets and it’s cancellation process or the charges it will be applied. They do not specify if the ticket is refundable or changeable. I will not book with them again.

Antwort von Tickets To World
Dear AB,
I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service that you received on this occasion. With regards to fares and terms and conditions, we do state very clearly in our terms and conditions that customers should contact us prior to making a confirmed booking if they require a fare that is changeable and/ or allows cancellations.
Please note that all customers (yourself included) are required to read, accept and tick the check box to confirm acceptance prior to completing a booking and proceeding to make payment. It is physically impossible to make a booking without having at first done this.
As I said, I am sorry that you were disappointed with the service but this information is clearly made available to all customers.
Kind regards,
Nick Clout
