Excellent although the diffuser tends to hold onto protein and associated powders.

Great quality shaker, it's works really well, looks good, is sturdy, has a large capacity, keeps the flavours fresh, easy to clean. It does make a soul destroyingly loud noise when you drop it on a tiled floor at 0200 while you're on a night shift and people are supposed to be sleeping.
