Excellent experience today with Alex.
Excellent experience today with brilliant support from Alex at the Coney Street store. I had the little one with me and a million of things to sort out (tablets, phones, contacts, etc.). Alex was patient, calm and explained everything to the last detail in simple terms, taking initiative to find us and suggest the best deals (including roaming) and answered all my questions, all sorted in under 20min. Great job, thanks Alex!
