Bad company and customer service
Hello everyone please try to avoid them I bought contact from them and got stuck for 24 months the service was proper bad in my area I made complaint several times and didn’t get any solution then they increased monthly instalments I phoned to customer service they were very rude and disrespectful I didn’t pay my last bill of ££30 and they increased to £95 and now try to bully me I wouldn’t pay single penny

I have a plug in broadband for 2 years…
I have a plug in broadband for 2 years and I wanted to upgrade to a new box as it was Black Friday and I’d had this for 2 years and it kept sticking on thing’s I was watching..so I phoned three .. to upgrade to a new plug in broadband box ..and got passed on to three Indian people who didn’t no what to do and kept passing me on to different people .. I didn’t get any help whatsoever to try to do this … so I do t no what to do now does anyone no who’s good at plug in broadband that nows what they are doing and why carnt I have a new box

We only supply broadband over mobile network connection. This might be why you were unable to get what you were looking for when you came through.
